The exterior area of this villa is spectacular. During your stay, you'll be able to enjoy the pure natural environment every day thanks to the forest surroundings and the spectacular views over the mountains and the town of Alaró. This will be the scenery that will accompany you while sunbathing on the 6 sunbeds, swimming in the private chlorine pool -sizing 9 x 4 metres and with a water depth ranging from 0 to 2.2 metres-, or enjoying your meals alfresco by the pool or at the exterior dining area by the BBQ. You'll also find an exterior bathroom with a shower.

Higher from the pool, climbing the stairs, you'll find the house that can also be accessed from the street down some steps. The terrace, perfect for a good reading or drink admiring the panoramic, invites to enter inside. You'll be welcomed by a comfy living - dining kitchen with AC. Here, you can cook you best recipes on the ceramic hob and enjoy your meals all together or rest and watch the satellite TV. There are 3 bedrooms with a double bed and a fan, one of them with a closet. A baby cot and a high chair are available. The bathroom in the house has a shower. You have the washing machine, hoover, iron and ironing board in the laundry room, a few steps from the house.

Alaró is a family village inhabited mainly by locals who still preserve the Majorcan traditions. This is perfect if you are interested in knowing the authentic Majorca. The village is 1.3 km from the house and it offers all you need like bars, restaurants, supermarket, etc. The nearest beach is in Palma, about 21 km away.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season .The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay.
