Welcome to this beautiful country house situated on the outskirts of Llubí. It can accommodate 4 people.

The outdoor spaces are beautiful, with fine views and gardens. There is a seven-metre chlorinated pool with a depth ranging from 1.25 to 1.75 m, a 100m² terrace, ping-pong table, a barbecue for foodies, and a 65m² veranda, fully equipped so you can spend great evenings in peace.

This 110 m² apartment on one floor has two bedrooms: one twin and a double with air conditioning. A highchair and cot are available on request and a single bathroom serves the apartment. The living room is equipped with sofa and satellite TV; the dining room with dining table and chairs and the fully-equipped kitchen uses gas. The living room, kitchen and dining room all have air conditioning. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The setting of this property is the town of Llubí. Among other things, this town is known for its remains dating from the Talayotic period, which we can recommend visiting. Sa Pobla, 8 km away, is known for being one of the "gardens" of Mallorca, so you can find all kinds of fruits and vegetables of quality sold by the farmers who grow them. In this town there is a market on Sundays and there you can find all kinds of traditional products from the island, as well as clothes and everyday necessities. Inca is located about 14 km away, a town known for its tradition of high-quality leather manufacture. Thursday is the most important day, with Inca market, and there you can choose from all kinds of local products. If you just want to enjoy a sandy beach, about 18 km away is Can Picafort, where you can try a variety of water sports like windsurfing, kitesurfing or jet skiing. Can Picafort is also noted for its great atmosphere, where you have access to all amenities and entertainment both day and night.
