Welcome to this lovely house with swimming pool located in Petra.
You will really enjoy your vacation in the exterior area of this house. The covered porch offers you lots of corners to have a rest. By the pool you will find a BBQ zone with a small kitchen with a few plates and cutlery. For your kids we have left a pink play house in the garden. The private, chlorine pool has a size of 7 x 5 meters. All sun lovers of you will find 6 sun beds in the garden and 2 more on the terrace. The lawn measures about 140 m2, so you have a lot of space to bask in the sun. There also is an exterior shower bathroom for your comfort. The plot is fenced. You could park easily in the patio of the house. As the property is located in the village Petra, there are direct neighbours.
This 2-storey house is 200 m2 and it has 3 bedrooms with AC, two bathrooms and a toilet. It’s ideal for couples with children or for groups of friends.
From the terrace you have access to the cosy living room that invites you to relax, reading a good book, surf on the internet, watch television or have fun playing carom billiards. The adjoining dining area comes with a big table and 8 seats. The kitchen is fully equipped; furthermore you will find a washing machine and an iron with ironing board in the house. One of the bedrooms has two twin beds, and the other two feature a double bed. On of the last bedrooms presents an en-suite bathroom with a hydro massage bathtub and shower. The other bathroom has a shower.
The area around Petra is particularly rural with fertile land and lots of farmers. The idyllic, rolling countryside invites you to take long strolls, to hike or to cycle and explore the beauty of this peaceful zone. You can still find lots of wind mills there. It's very romantic to walk along the small paths, passing cornfields, wind mills and old farms. On the horizon raises the "Puig de Bonany", this is with 317 meters the highest elevation of the area. From up there you can see big part of Majorca: starting with the mountains of the Serra de Tramuntana through to the Bahía de Alcúdia. Furthermore, you'll find a tiny church up there. It's beautiful!
Where do you want to go to the beach? From Petra is very easy to get to the northern and south-eastern beaches, in between 20 - 20 minutes driving by car you can get to lots beaches. For us the best ones are: Ses Casetes des Capellans in Can Picafort, the natural beach Son Serra de Marina, Cala Magraner, Porto Cristo, Cala Morlanda, Portocolom and much more!
The use of the A/C is free of charge for 12 hours a day to be chosen by our guests. If you wish A/C the whole day, there's a charge.

Hosts were amazing, big shout out to Maria for answering all questions we put forward to her during our stay. Petra is a really pretty, typical Spanish Town, and all locals are welcoming and the centre has a good selection of bars and restaurants.

Hatte für 2020 einen Finca-Urlaub auf Malle gebucht, der dann wegen Corona abgesagt werden musste. Bei erneuter Buchung für 2021 gab es keinerlei Probleme mit der Gutschrift, die Kommunikation mit Vacalia war 1A. Ich hatte einen klasse Urlaub!

See more Das Haus war sehr sauber und gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Es ist ein riesiges Grundstück mit Obstbäumen und Hühnern sowie Spielhaus fuer Kinder. Die Waschmaschine ist in einem eigenen Waschhaus welches auch sehr sauber gewesen ist. Es gab ausreichend Platz zum parken, spielen und entdecken. Die Hausbesitzer waren sehr höflich, zuvorkommend und immer erreichbar. Wir wuerden dieses Airbnb jedem empfehlen.
The house was very clean and easy to reach by car. It is a huge property with fruit trees and chickens as well as a playhouse for children. The washing machine is in its own laundry room which was also very clean. There was enough space to park, play and explore. The homeowners were very polite, courteous and always available. We would recommend this Airbnb to everyone.

We were very satisfied with the house, the cleanliness and the facilities. The playhouse for children was also very nice and gave the children a lot of fun. Sehr schönes Ferienhaus. Freundlicher Empfang vom Eigentümer. Küche ich mit allen ausgestattet. Es gibt nur eine Sache die ein wenig störend war., das sind die unzähligen Ameisen um und im Haus.

Hallo, Die Villa hat uns sehr gefallen, wir sind begeistert und freuen uns schon auf das nächste mal! Die Villa besitzt eine sehr schöne Außenfläche mit einem Pool und liegen. Auf der Anlage kann man super entspannen, kein Auto Lärm und keine Nachbarn. Die Kommunikation mit Maria hat uns sehr gefallen.
