The two porches of the property are wonderful; there is a 25m2 furnished one upon entering the property, where you can enjoy snacks, and another of 35m2 on the side of the house, also furnished, where you can share lunch or dinner with your loved ones. The home has 2 fantastic 40m2 furnished terraces on the 1st F, one in the front and 2nd in the rear; both terraces can be accessed through bedrooms, one through bedroom 1 and the other though bedroom 2. The privacy of the property is partial and you can your vehicle the street.

Once you access the house, there is the air conditioned living room to your right. In this room you can relax watching satellite TV or through a good book. From this area you have direct access to the furnished porch on the front of the house. The dining room offers a fantastic table to share endless after-eating talks with your loved ones. The kitchen, also furnished, is independent and is located right across the living room door. It has everything you need to prepare any dish you want, including electric stove. The laundry area is independent and has 1 washer, 1 iron and 1 ironing board. There are 3 bedrooms in the house, all located in the 1stF, 2 with 2 twin beds and 1 with a double bed; they also have wardrobes and air conditioning. If needed, remember that you have access to 1 crib for younger children. This property has a total of 3 bathrooms, 1 bathroom on the GF, and the remaining 2 in the 1stF, 1 with bathtub en suite and 1 with shower.

The surroundings of this property are very quiet as the town of Colonia de Sant Pere is not very touristy. This property is located in a small residential complex near the beach and the Nautical Club of this town. In the vicinity (about 4km away) you will find beautiful coves such as Cala Na Clara, which is known for its clear waters and tranquility. You can also go for a walk or take a boat trip, since there businesses offering such services in the area. If you just want to enjoy a fine white sand beach, just 14 min. away you can drive to the Son Serra de Marina, which is also characterized by its crystalline waters and its wide beach. This beach area has a restaurant which serves fresh fish. If you prefer to make a cultural visit, in only 7 min. by car there is the village of Betlem, in which you can visit the chapel, and every Wednesday there is a market in Arta.
