Welcome to this magnificent country house located in the emblematic village of Puigpunyent. It accommodates up to 7 people.

The outdoor spaces are superb, with gardens, a chlorinated pool of 7.5 x 3.8 m with a depth ranging from 1.20 to 1.70 m, a solarium with six deck-chairs, a fully equipped porch, a barbecue for foodies, and great views of the countryside. There is a tree house for children.

This 150 m2 house, distributed over one floor, has three bedrooms: two doubles and one with a bunk bed and a single bed. A cot and a high chair are available on request. There are two bathrooms that serve the entire house, one with shower and one with bath.
The spacious living-dining room is very welcoming and has two sofas, three armchairs, a coffee table, satellite TV, a fireplace and a dining table with chairs. The separate kitchen uses gas and is fully equipped. There is a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The house is equipped with central heating.

Puigpunyent is a small charming village situated in the Tramuntana mountains. In Puigpunyent you will find everything you need for your stay. The area is ideal for nature lovers and hikers, more specifically, as there are several walking routes.
The city of Palma, where you can find all kinds of leisure activities and amenities (museums, theatres, shopping centres, water parks, etc), is just 16 km from this village.

NOTE: The rent for this property is regulated by Spanish Law 29/1994 (24 November), concerning urban leases, by which the property is available for use during the holiday season. Under this contract, the lessee will not be offered any kind of tourism services, only temporary transfer of use and enjoyment of the property.
