Fantastic country house with private pool. 8 people can spend their holidays near Costitx.
Before you set out to explore the island, you can start the day with a refreshing bath in the 9 x 5m fresh water pool (water depth 0.5 - 1.6m). The pool is kept clean with chlorine. Up to 4 sun loungers invite you to relax, under palm trees you will surely find a shady place to read, while the children play on the lawn around the pool. For the meals outdoors there is a table and chairs as well as a garden shower and table tennis. Hobby chefs enjoy a mobile grill. The finca is fenced and There are no direct neighbours.

200m2 living space spread over two floors. On the ground floor you will find a spacious living - dining area with open kitchen. The bright, open space impresses with a high-quality interior: comfortable sofas, satellite TV, dining table for 8 people and a well-equipped kitchen, with gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cooking utensils and much more. The washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron are in the laundry room.

There are 4 bedrooms, 2 are located on the ground floor and each has 2 single beds, air conditioning and wardrobe. One of the bedrooms has the shower room "en suite", another shower completes the lower floor. The 2 bedrooms on the first floor are also furnished with 2 single beds, air conditioning and wardrobe. A third bathroom with bath tub is located on this floor. For the smallest guests, on request, baby cot and high chair are provided. In Winter, the house can be heated with central heating.

Costitx is a small village in the middle of the island and an excellent starting point for excursions, as you can reach every point on the island quickly. In the village there are a few bars, restaurants and shops, all other services can be found in the towns Sineu or Inca. We recommend excursions to the observatory and the "Talaiot Son Fred". The nearest beach is in Can Picafort, with fine sand and clear water, ideal for families. Various water sports are offered. The island capital, Palma de Mallorca and the mountains can be reached easily from Costitx.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
