This beautiful 2-storey house, ideal for families with kids or groups of friends, is equipped with AC and central heating. It has 4 bright and spacious bedrooms, all of them with double bed and en suite bathroom. One of them has a walk-in closet! In the garage you will find an extra shower room.

Every room of this house invites you to relax: there are two livings rooms, one on each floor, where you can sit down on the comfy sofas, watch satellite TV or have a little nap. Downstairs you will also find the dining area with a big table and chairs, so you can organize a meal with your friends and family. The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need during your holiday: blender, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, juice maker, microwave, vitro, electric oven, fridge, cutlery, table, chairs and a lot more. There is also a laundry area with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

The outdoors is absolutely fantastic: go out to the terrace, chill out on the sofas, swim in the 15 m2 salty pool, have a BBQ, sunbathe or have breakfast under the furnished porch. The pool can be used either in summer or winter as it is located under a glazed porch – close the doors in winter and you will have an indoor pool, open them in summer and you will have an outdoor pool -. If you wish to heat the pool in winter, an extra fee must be paid. The whole house is surrounded by a lawn area of 3500 m2 with beautiful centenary olive trees; let the kids enjoy outdoors and play around freely.

There is a garage, so feel free to park your car there. You can access the garage from outdoors or from inside the house. The entrance to the plot is on a secondary road. However, the house is located just in the middle of the huge finca and the plot is totally fenced and protected with trees so you will have total privacy and you won’t hardy listen the cars noise.

The plot is surrounded by lots of rural paths where you can hike, cycle or do long strolls. You can climb Puig de Santa Magdalena where there is a little chapel, a viewpoint from where you can see the whole island and a restaurant to have some lunch and keep you going. There are some paths that go towards Serra de Tramuntana (UNESCO World Heritage Site) and others that go towards Pla de Mallorca, a rural area with some hills.

A 25 minutes’ drive will take you to the beaches of Ses Casetes des Capellans and Can Picafort. Enjoy a sunny day in a white sand and shallow crystalline water beach and taste paella in one of the restaurants with sea views. Make the most of your day having a cocktail at sunset! Can Picafort promenade has a lively environment and contrasts with the calm of Playa de Muro. We as well recommend visiting the coast of Alcúdia and Pollença, where you will be able to discover an amazing amount of different coves!
