The exterior shower is nearby as well as 6 sunloungers -where you can bask in the sun with an interesting reading- and an exterior table with chairs for your meals alfresco.

The house has been recently renewed and it boasts a well cared modern style. It features an airy living - dining kitchen with AC, which is perfect to watch the Smart TV and relax and rest after a good appetiser and delicious meal cooked on the ceramic hob. There is a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There is a toilet on the main floor. The house features 4 bedrooms with twin beds, closet, en-suite with shower and AC. One is on the main floor and the rest are upstairs. A baby cot and a high chair are available. The house is equipped with underfloor heating for the winter season.

Artà is a beautiful town in the north of the island characterised by its tradition, modernity and its natural surroundings. Here, you'll find the marine reserve of Llevant and its Natural Park. The golden sandy beach of Canyamel is the nearest one, about 10.4 km from the house. Finally, you cannot miss the Caves of Artà, surrounded by the mountains that rise above the sea.
