This cosy house is perfect for families with kids, as it has 4 bedrooms: two with double bed, one with two single beds and AC and one with a single bed (please mind that you access the one single bed room through an open staircase and it hasn’t a door to separate it). There is two bathrooms in the house, one of them is en suite.

The kitchen, living and dining room form a common space. The kitchen is equipped with blender, microwave, toaster, juice maker, vitro, cutlery, fridge and a lot more. There is a big dining table where you can organize a meal with your family and friends. Afterwards, you can relax on the comfy sofa, watch TV or surf the Internet (WIFI) while the kids play in the garden. The house has also washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The outdoors is perfect: have a BBQ, swim in the pool, have a breakfast under the furnished porch, sunbathe and let the kids play around. There is an outdoor shower next to the pool. The plot has space to park up to three cars. Please mind that pets are not allowed.

The zone is particularly rural. In 2 km you can reach the centre of Binissalem where you will find all important amenities like supermarkets, a medical centre, pharmacies, bars, restaurants and much more. The village counts with approximately 7.000 residents and has nice bars, restaurants and bodegas where you can taste the excellent wines of Binissalem. On Friday is market day in Binissalem, where you can buy fresh food like vegetables or other groceries like ecological eggs and cheese. At the end of September the town has its local celebrations with many events where you can get involved and their wine as main protagonist.

In 30 km you will reach the centre of Palma. The capital is famous all over the world for its monuments, leisure activities, shops and cuisine.

In 25 minutes driving by car you reach the fine grained sand beach and the animated zone of Playa de Palma. If you prefer the mountains you could go to Puerto de Sóller, one of the most charming villages of the island and in the middle of the mountain chain” Serra de Tramuntana”. Furthermore, you will find lots of small bays with crystal clear water and good restaurants with lovely views there.

Note: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According this law the property is available for seasonal renting. However, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use and enjoyment of the property.
