Welcome to this wonderful rustic house located in Selva. It sleeps 6 people.
The exterior area of this two story house is very beautiful. The garden is a charming place where you can bask in the sun whilst reading a book or listening to some music. The best thing is the wonderful chlorine pool that sizes 10.60 x 3.5 metres and its water depth ranges from 1.30 to 1.75 metres. You'll find a wonderful porch perfectly furnished, including a gas barbecue, to organise delicious breakfast or meals.

The house comprises 2 floors characterised by an eclectic mixture of modern and antique elements. It features and impressive living - dining - kitchen with AC that makes the room handier so that you cook on the ceramic hob while you meet around the table or watch the satellite TV. A washing machine, an iron and an ironing board are available. There are 3 bedrooms with a double bed, closet, AC and an en-suite bathroom with a shower each. One is still on the main floor and the rest are located on the first floor. We can provide a baby cot and a high chair on request. Apart form the en-suite bathrooms you'll find a toilet on the ground floor for the whole accommodation.

Selva is a beautiful family town at the foot of the Tramuntana mountain range. Its located about 3.3 km from the property and it offers the basic services for an independent stay like a supermarket and some bars and restaurants. It's the perfect starting point for routes through the mountains and it also offers an easy access to the beaches like es Capellans and the one in Puerto de Alcudia.

Wir haben diese Finca durch Glück gefunden und waren total begeistert von der Ausstattung, der Lage und dem Service. Die Vermieter sind sehr zuvorkommend und waren immer erreichbar.

Das Haus wurde mit liebe umgebaut. Die Außenküche war super und der Salzwasserpool war perfekt aber ?

Het huis was een stukje hemel op aarde. Nog mooier dan op de foto’s! Wij hebben enorm genoten van de fijne slaapkamers die allemaal van alle gemakken voorzien waren. Alles was verder erg stylish ingericht met goede apparatuur. Vergeet ook niet om de buitenkeuken met geweldige gril te gebruiken! Verder was het terrein ook heerlijk met voldoende zitjes en gezellige hoekjes. De communicatie was snel en goed. Ik zou dit verblijf zeker aanraden.

The house was a piece of heaven on earth. Even more beautiful than in the photos! We really enjoyed the nice bedrooms, which were all fully equipped. Everything was very stylishly decorated with good equipment. Don't forget to use the outdoor kitchen with great grill! Furthermore, the grounds were also lovely with plenty of seating areas and cozy corners. The communication was fast and good. I would definitely recommend this stay.

We had such an amazing stay at this beautiful family house. You can see that the whole house was designed/renovated with an eye for details. Everything looked so nice and they put everything together in such a way that you -as visitors- can enjoy your holiday to the fullest. If there’s something wrong or you have a question, Carme comes to the rescue. Her and her parents are really kind people. So resumé; i would definitely recommend this to everybody i know and even see myself coming back to this lovely place.

Sehr schöne Zimmer und sehr ruhig gelegen. Auch die Ausstattung des Hause war sehr gut. Insgesamt ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt.

Das Haus ist sehr ästhetisch und modern- mallorquinisch eingerichtet sowie gut ausgestattet. Praktisch ist, dass jedes Schlafzimmer über ein eigenes Bad verfügt. Außenbereich lässt ebenfalls keine Wünsche offen. Ein Mietwagen durch sehr ruhige, eher ländliche Lage empfehlenswert. Wir kommen wieder!

The house is very aesthetic and modern Mallorcan furnished and well equipped. It is practical that each bedroom has its own bathroom. The outdoor area also leaves nothing to be desired. A rental car is recommended due to the very quiet, rural location. We'll be back!

We had a lovely stay. The house and garden are beautiful with a lot of love to detail. Carmen and her family are very nice and attentive - we didn’t miss anything. They even brought a traditional cake, when they heard one of our kids had their birthday during our stay - very sweet. The house is perfectly equipped with anything you could need. Cooking was just amazing inside but also outside in an incredible outdoor kitchen. We loved every minute of our stay and are sure to return.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser tollen Finca. Alles war bestens organisiert, vom Check In bis hin zum zusätzlichen Babybett und Hochstuhl. Die Finca ist sehr sauber und hochwertig ausgestattet. Der Kontakt zu den Besitzern war sehr nett. Wir hatten einmal Probleme mit der Klimaanlage und am nächsten Tag kam sofort ein Handwerker. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder

We loved the house, outside and inside. It is designed with so much love in the details and has everything you need for a comforts and pleasant stay. The outside area gives so many opportunities to relax, swim, bbq and enjoy the sun. The ladies renting the house were also very nice.

“Super tolle und modern ausgestattete Finca. Wir haben unsere Zeit in den 3 Gleichwertigen Zimmern sehr genossen. Die Außenküche ist fantastisch und lädt zu kulinarischen Nächten ein. Die Lage ist super für Ausflüge in den Norden der Insel. Der Pool und Außenbereich sind ein Traum. Drumherum nur Natur, Schafe und in der Ferne kann man schon das Tramu tanagebierge erblicken. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder! Einfach nur zu empfehlen!”
