Beautiful cottage with private pool located in S'Horta Felanitx. It is 1.4 km from Cala Sa Nau and can comfortably accommodate 6 people.
This finca offers magical exteriors where disconnect from everything and get entertained at any moment. It has a great porch that surrounds the house, perfect to have a coffee in the morning, play table tennis and make a delicious barbecue after spending another while in the private chlorine pool, 10 x 3.5 m and 1.8 m deep. In its surroundings, there are 6 sun loungers or an immense lawn area to sunbathe, accompanied by beautiful field views.

The two-storey house has a large living area with air conditioning and fireplace, where relax watching TV-SAT, a DVD movie or reading. Likewise, you access to the dining room and then to the kitchen, equipped with gas hob and a table to eat here too. On the upper floor, there are three dormitories, two with two single beds and the third with double bed and en-suite bathtub bathroom. In addition, there are two more bathrooms, one with shower downstairs, one with bathtub upstairs. In one of them, there you will find the washing machine, iron and ironing board. You have two baby cots as well as two high chairs at your disposal. The accommodation is acclimated with oil central heating.

This villa belongs to S’Horta (Felanitx), although it is located much closer to Cala D’Or, a wonderful coastal urbanisation at 1.5 km. In both S’Horta town and Cala D’Or, you will find the essential services as, for instance, bars, restaurants and a supermarket. Moreover, the beach is about 1 km away, the incomparable Cala Sa Nau.

From 9th November to 10th April, the heating is included to the price during 8 hours a day, from 07.00 to 09.30 am and from 18.30 pm to 00.00 am.
From 13th June to 18th September, the air conditioning is included to the price during 10 hours a day, from 09.00 pm to 07.00 am.
In case you prefer a different timetable to the mentioned above, both the heating as the air conditioning, you can ask for it. And if you would like having 24 hours or its use during another period of time, you must pay a supplement.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
