Welcome to this house near Montuïri, one of the rural areas of Mallorca, which has been renovated in 2015. It is a 100 m2 house situated on an 11,500 m2 plot. Most of the furniture and household equipment are brand new. It is tastefully decorated and has two bedrooms, one double and one triple. The triple room has a double bed and a single bed, which is located in a room adjacent to the main one. In this triple room there is space for a crib if necessary. The double room is equipped with a single bunk. In the house you will find a bathroom with shower. This property is ideal for a holiday with family or friends.
The kitchen is very practical and it is equipped with all necessary cooking utensils, including electric stove. In the laundry room you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The large living room is an ideal relaxing meeting place, and is ideal for long after-dinner conversations with direct views to the terrace and pool through its large windows. The dining-room area is composed of a large Majorcan table with a large sitting area around it. The space dedicated to relaxation and TV also has very comfortable sofas. In the house you will find Wi-Fi and TV-Sat. During the summer months, let the fresh air of the mountains of southern Mallorca invade the home, you can enjoy this inside and outside the house. In addition, the house has air conditioner in the living room, and two fans to be distributed in the areas as needed. The house has central heating installed for the cold months.
The outside area of the house has been recently remodeled and has enough space for each one of you to find your favorite corner. The porch has 35 m2, is furnished and ready for you to enjoy the Mediterranean breeze. In addition, if you prefer it, you can relax in the vine patio where you will enjoy a very unique space. The pool of 7.5 x 3.5 meters, will help you cool off. At the same time, if you prefer to sunbathe, there are hammocks that will allow you to rest. In the courtyard entrance to the house, you can enjoy a small porch to relax and unwind. But, if what you prefer is cooking a good barbecue, there is a mobile one so that you can use it in the most suitable location of the property. Certainly, you won’t be able to escape the temptation to cook practical and delicious dishes.
The house is located in the Plains of Mallorca, in a rural setting with farming around, very close to Montuïri. This small village holds some famous restaurants in Mallorca. If what you wish to explore are the Majorcan beaches, some of the best ones are nearby; as La Rápita, which is 29 km.
Note: We cannot accept guests under 30 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.

The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season .The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay.
