Welcome to the house for 6 guests with magnificent views to the countryside.
The outdoor areas are very pretty: three large furnished terraces, a 9 x 2.75 salt water pool (0,9-1,6m deep), a BBQ and spectacular views to the mountains and countryside.
This 200m2-sized house is divided into 3 floors and features 3 air-conditioned bedrooms (a twin on the ground floor and a double and a twin room on the first floor). There are two bathrooms (one is with a bath tube and the other is with shower). A crib and a high chair can be provided upon request.
The house features a stylish living area and with beautiful views. The air-conditioned living room on the 1st floor is a nice place to rest after a sunny day on the sofa watching a film on the satellite TV. The fully-fitted kitchen with a ceramic hob is equipped with all necessary utensils needed to cook a delicious meal. Also there is a TV to follow cooking programms. A washing machine, an iron and an ironing board are available.
Alaró is a charming village close to the Tramuntana Mountains. Fridays there is a local market where you can buy fresh vegetables. From Alaró you can easily get to Orient, a lovely village located in the mountains and which is famous for its senderism routes. If you love walking, visit a castle “Castell d’Alaró” which is hidden among the mountains and discovers you an impressive history.
Palma is a beautiful and friendly city with all kinds of both local and international companies. Shopping enthusiasts will enjoy different malls and a multitude of shops. There is a wide variety of entertainment both day and night. You can stroll through the beautiful streets of the city, visit "La Seu" (Palma’s Cathedral) with magnificent sea views or Bellver Castle, walk along the promenade, ride a bike, visit different museums and art galleries, etc. At night you will find many tapas bars, clubs, pubs, etc.
By car you can reach beautiful beaches and visit nearby villages such as Esporles or Valldemossa, among others. In the outskirts of the city there are different waterparks such as Aqualand, Westernpark, and you cannot miss a visit to Palma Aquarium. Besides you can scroll through the entire area of Palma and surroundings by bus.

Tolle Lage, tolles Haus, toller Garten. War im September 2017 dort, habe das Haus jetzt meiner Familie gezeigt. Komme gerne wieder.
A word of warning...The property is in a lovely location and great house but this property is not being booked with the host but a third party. One of the neighbours has an issue with the property being rented and leaves a radio on full blast (tuned or out) to play all day to prevent guests being outside. The host, third party and airbnb were all passing responsibility for this and so we resolved it ourselves. The fact that there is no indication that this is a third party rental and not with the host is frustrating and defeats the object of booking and working with a host.

séjour très agréable dans cette jolie maison moderne et atypique. Convient très bien pour 3 couples, peut-être moins pour des petits enfants étant donné les escaliers nombreux. La vue est magnifique, que ce soit du salon ou de la piscine. Le petit village typique a beaucoup de charme mais peut d'animation. Il est facile de se rentre en voiture à Palma en 30 min. Par contre la maison n'est pas à soler comme j'ai cru le voir dans les informations et c'est même assez long pour s'y rendre (45mi-1h).

Das wirklich sehr schöne Haus, verteilt auf mehreren Ebenen, bestens ausgestattet mit eigener Garage lässt einem an nichts fehlen. Der Blick vom Pool ist unbeschreiblich schön und die bequemen Liegen laden ein zum Relaxen! Das Dorfzentrum mit sehr guten Restaurants erreicht man in gut 5 Minuten. Weiterhin kann man schöne Wanderungen vom Haus aus starten.
See more Great location, Alaro is lovely, Great Architects dream of a villa, nice use of space, light airy, not particularly cosy, somewhat style over comfort. The villa itself is great, slightly smaller pool than the carefully staged pictures show, and it’s on a number of levels so it’s like living in a Stairmaster :-), but otherwise exactly what is advertised.However there are things that are not advertised which make this place somewhat disappointing. Had I known these myself in advance, I would have booked elsewhere.Dogs: Directly opposite the villa are two properties, each with 2 dogs. Every time another dog passes with its owner, all 4 dogs start barking in unison. In fairness this does NOT happen before 9am, but on a number of occasions the barking went on till the early hours.Parking: There IS a garage in the property, however a combination of the tightness of the turning circle due to the narrow roads of Alaro, the proximity and height of the kerbs directly opposite and the position of parked cars make using the garage almost impossible unless you want to say goodbye to your hire car excess from kerbing the wheels. We live in London so squeezing into tight spaces is part and parcel of my daily life, but this was a step too far, even for me. Parking IS available along the road if you are lucky, if not you’ll have a long walk to park it in the town, plus one VERY steep hill to negotiate on the way back. In fairness we were here for 9 days and only had to park away in the town on three occasions, but believe me once is enough.WIFI: The instructions provided with the WI-FI password information that the router is limited to 40GB after which the speed will be lower. What it doesn’t explain is that this limitation is 40GB PER MONTH !!!. We have two kids under 12, so have 3 iPads, a laptop and Kodi (for movies) and after 4 days of general use and a couple of movies, it had run out. What speed is left is reminiscent of 80’s dial up speeds.
See more Smukt arkitekt tegnet hus med skøn udsigt over den hyggelige by Alaro. Dejlige terrasser og uundværlig pool. Et sted du må tilbage til igen og igen. Fantastisk hus med smuk beliggenhed og vi kommer igen til næste år.

Sehr geschmackvolle und moderne Inneneinrichtung. 3 Terrassen (Haus am Hang), auf der obersten sehr schöner Pool mit toller Aussicht auf das Dorf Alaro und die umgebenden Berge. Alles sehr sauber und gut funktionell ausgestattet. Gute Lage um sämtliche Ziele im Nordwesten (einschließlich Palma) und Nordosten zu erreichen.

Wir hatten eine perfekt Zeit in dem modernen Haus im verschlafenen Dorf Alaro. Es hat nichts gefehlt, die Übergabe und Kommunikation war unkompliziert. Kann man nur weiterempfehlen !!! :)
