Amazing villa at the heart of the island, Inca, with a private swimming pool and a big garden, welcomes 8 guests.
Welcome to this beautiful two floor house, with amazing outdoors. The chlorine 10m x 5m swimming pool, and up to 1.75m deph. An external shower, ideal to refresh, is surrounded by a big grass area with hammocks where you can sunbathe and relax. Two furnished porches are perfect to enjoy a tasty dinner prepared at the barbecue.

Inside the house, a comfortable living-room, a kitchen, four bedrooms with a wardrobe and three bathrooms with a shower, two of them en-suite, complete the property. All the house dispose of A/C and central heating.

At the ground floor, at the lovely living-room , you can watch the satellite TV, a DVD film or listen to some music. The gas equipped kitchen has access outside, where obviously there is a laundry area with a washing machine, a dryer, an iron and an ironing board. Two bedrooms with a double bed have access to the garden, and one of them dispose of a bathroom en-suite with a shower. Also, a second bathroom with a shower gives service to this floor.

Upstairs, you will find another two bedrooms, with a double bed each, one of them also has a bathroom en-suite with a shower.

Inca city has all the services you might need during your stay, like tapas bars, supermarkets or shops. If you fancy trying the authentic majorcan food, then go to a "celler". Every Thursday, the traditional market takes place, and makes the city full of life. Because is located at the center of the island, only 20-30 minutes driving separate you from the two most known areas: Puerto de Alcúdia and Palma, where you will love the idyllic sandy and crystallized water beaches. The villages around, located at Sierra de Tramuntana, are surrounded by gorgeous paths, ideal for trips, either walking or by bike.
