Fantastic villa in the outskirts of Portocolom with private pool. The ideal place where 8 guests will have a great vacation.
The well maintained outdoor area invites you to spend the whole day out doors. After a refreshing bath in the 4 x 2m freshwater pool you can relax on one of the 8 sun loungers. The pool is 1,60m deep and is kept clean with chlorine. Other seating on the spacious terrace and umbrellas form zones for reading or sitting together. A furnished, covered veranda houses the outdoor kitchen with built-in grill, gas cooker and everything you need for a fantastic BBQ. The property is fenced and you have direct neighbours.

This villa has 270 m2 distributed over two floors. It presents a functional style with all the comforts for a perfect stay. The comfortable, air conditioned living room on the ground floor invites you to rest a while or watch satellite television (satellite channels only on the television in the living room). The dining area is independent, completely glazed with access to the terrace and with capacity for 8 people. The kitchen is fully equipped. It has a gas hub, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, all necessary utilities and a great table with capacity for 6 people.

A bedroom on the ground floor has a shower room en suite, a wardrobe, a double bed and access to the terrace (this bedroom has no air conditioning). A 2nd shower room on the ground floor is accessible to all guests.There are 3 bedrooms on the first floor, 2 have 2 single beds, 1 has 1 double bed. All bedrooms on the first floor are air-conditioned and have a wardrobe and fan, each. 2 of the rooms have access to a balcony / terrace and one of the rooms has a bathroom with bath tub en suite. On request we provide a cot and high chair. There is a gym on the first floor and a shower room for outdoor use. In winter, the house can be heated with central heating.

In the outskirts of Portocolom, the chalet is located in a quiet residential area. All necessary services that you need for an independent holiday are to be found in the village. The small fishing port and the lighthouse of Portocolom are undoubtedly fantastic destinations for a stroll or a walk. A long day at the beach is best spent in Cala Marçal only 2 km from the house. The beautiful coves Cala Sa Nau and Cala Antena are not far away and definitely worth a visit.
