Très bon séjour. La maison était était super. Le seul bémol est la route pour accéder à la maison qui est très abîmé et on ne pouvait pas stationner devant le portail.

This charming villa with private swimming pool in a mountain area, located in Mancor de la Vall, welcomes 6 people.
This is a very beautiful 242 m2, one floor stoned-lined villa, typical Majorca style and it has a 4.5m x 2m private salt pool which is 1.60m deep. The views from this area are amazing. Around the swimming pool there are six deck chairs for chilling or enjoying the sun. The property has two furnished porches, ideal for you to celebrate meals with family and friends. The house also has a terrace with a table tennis. The plot of this lovely cottage is fenced and there are no direct neighbours.
You can find a welcoming kitchen- dining room at the entrance of the house. In the kitchen you will find all the necessary amenities for cooking easily. Beside the kitchen, at the living room, you will be able to watch the satellite TV, rest, or specially in the winter, enjoy the firewood heater. There is a washing machine, an iron and an iron board.
The environment is very nice and quiet. Mancor de la Vall is a little town at the Majorcan Serra de Tramuntana, which makes it ideal for a big range of activities and trips through the mountains.
This village is situated at a short distance from Inca, one of the most important villages of Majorca, due to its leather tradition and shoe industry. Every Thursday in Inca you can also go to the weekly market, which is very important and famous around all the island. Some of the bays that you can visit are located at the little villages of the Sierra de Tramuntana, like Estellencs, Banyalbufar, Deià, etc. If what you prefer is a white and fine grained sand beach, you can visit Alcudia's beaches, where you will be able to practice a big range of water sports like kitesurf, windsurf, water bikes and diving.

9 guests reviewed this property. Beautiful Finca in the middle of nowhere. Lots of love went into the property. The terrace and pool have a lovely lighting. You can enjoy playing table-tennis with a great view over Inca and the hammock-chair is a perfect place to relax. The pool is smaller than it appears on the pictures but still nice to swim in. There’s a donkey on the property which we really enjoyed although we would wish for him to have a companion and not live on his own. We would definitely come back. Communication was quick and very helpful any time and the owner is super friendly.

La maison es superbe au calme dans la nature. Elle est décorée avec goût et les éléments de décoration sont élégants. La maison est bien équipée avec une cuisine et de l’électroménager de qualité. L’éclairage de la maison et des oliviers le soir est tout simplement magique avec les pierres apparentes. Pour y accéder vous avez une route privée avec beaucoup de nids de poules qui demande environ 10 minutes de montée assez raide dans la propriété. Si vous avez peur au volant passez votre tour ! Une fois en haut vous serez absolument seul ce qui est génial. Attention de ne pas oublier le pain car il faudra redescendre ! La maison est autonome en eau et électricité mais d’un grand confort. Il y a un âne qui s’appelle coco et qui parfois se fait entendre au petit matin ce qui est plus agréable qu’un camion poubelle :-) Il est absolument indispensable d’avoir une voiture pour si rendre et pour rayonner autour. La maison est bien située sur l’île avec de beaux paysage à découvrir. La piscine est agréable même si elle est un peu petite mais ça va. J’ai beaucoup aimé cette maison et l’environnement pour son calme et cette impression d’être au milieu de nul part.
See more Wunderschöner Ort mit fantastischer Aussicht!!! Man muss eine 10-minütige Offroad-Tour auf sich nehmen, um zur Finca zu gelangen, die sicher nicht Jedermanns Sache ist (der Weg ist steil, schmal&voller Schlaglöcher). Aber die Fahrt ist es wert: die Einsamkeit, der Blick, der Garten, der Pool, die Outdoorküche, wandern direkt vor der Tür, der Seerosen-Froschteich, Coco der Esel...wir kommen definitiv wieder!
See more Super schönes und großes Haus. Da das Haus im Wald ist, hat man abends nicht sehr lange Sonne. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war schnell und freundlich. Die letzten zwei Kilometer zum Haus sind sehr abenteuerlich. Eine enge Straße, die den Berg hinaufführt. Bei Gegenverkehr war es sehr knapp. Ansonsten war alles top.
See more “The house is really nice and spacious. The pool and the surrounding is perfect to chill out. The house is located higher up so the view is beautiful and there is not much other houses around. The street to get up to the house is quite small and not very good so that’s good to know before going up there. There is a donkey on the backside which is really cute:) To the beach it’s about a 40 minutes drive. It’s a perfect place to have a relaxing time.”
