Welcome to this fantastic villa with private pool, between Porreres and Felanitx, where 8 guests find a second home.
Enjoy pleasant dips in the magnificent salt private pool, which sizes 9.5 x 4 metres and has a depth between 0.8 and 2 metres. It is surrounded by a great terrace with several sun loungers and a well-kept garden. Some terraces and a porch invite to spend time outdoors, making a barbecue, resting on the Caribbean hammock or playing a basket match. The plot is fenced and the privacy is absolute.

Inside, the house features a rustic living - dining room with satellite television, a sofa and armchairs to spend a quiet evening. It is open to a very well-equipped kitchen with ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils to cook. Then, a toilet and a bedroom with two single beds, wardrobe and an en-suite shower bathroom complete that floor. Going upstairs, there is a room where you can play billiard and table football, a stay where both adults and the youngests ones will have fun. The other three bedrooms are on the upper floor and feature two single beds each. In addition, one offers an en-suite shower bathroom. There is a last bathroom with bathtub on this floor. A cot and a high chair can be provided. Ultimately, there is an enormous industrial kitchen with dining room, perfect for celebrating lunches and dinners. The owners are environmentally friendly and that is why the solar panels have been installed.

This country house is located in an agricultural area between Porreres and Felanitx, ideal for walking in the countryside, go cycling or simply taking trips to the south and east beaches by car. In Porreres and Felanitx villages you can find supermarkets, restaurants and shops. If you like the beach, you can also visit Cala Marçal, at 20 km away, or Cala D’Or, Cales de Mallorca, Es Trenc and Sa Ràpita.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season.
