Great rustic house with private pool and beautiful green outdoors spaces to enjoy the good weather. It is located in Lloseta, at the foot of the Tramuntana mountain range, and it has capacity for 8 guests.
The main protagonist outdoors is the chlorine pool. It sizes 9.5 x 4.5 metres and its depth goes from 1 metre to 1.8 metres. It is surrounded by a beautiful green area where you can spread your towels, although you can also sunbathe on one of the comfortable sunbeds. Next to the pool we also find another spacious green zone with more sunbeds, Caribbean hammocks and a swing chair in order to go on enjoying the summer weather in Mallorca. You will also enjoy the pin pon table playing tournaments with family or friends. Finally, there is a beautiful furnished porch by the house where you can have lunch or dinner outdoors and prepare delicious barbecues. The property is fenced and there are neighbours around.
The 2 storey house features 135 m2 which follow a rustic style as well as outdoors. The simplicity combines with nowadays comforts, so you will feel at home. We access the great living - dining room from the porch. It is provided with two sofas, satellite television and a wood stove for the coldest days. The dining table has capacity for 8 people. The great kitchen is independent and its is fully equipped with a gas top, oven, microwave, dishwasher,... The laundry is by the kitchen and it has a washer, a dryer, an iron and an ironing board.
After a day full of activities or excursions, our guests can rest in 4 bedrooms. The first bedroom in on the ground floor and it has twin beds and a closet. A shower bathroom completes the ground floor. The rest of the bedrooms are upstairs. Two of them feature twin beds and the other one has a double bed. The three of them are air conditioned and they all have a closet. One of them also has a bathtub bathroom. And another bathtub bathroom completes the first floor. I you are travelling with a baby we cab prepare a cot and a high chair for you on request.
The property is in a quiet and residential area in Lloseta. All services for an independent stay can be found in the town like supermarkets, restaurants, bars,... From the town you can visit other locations in the island very easily, make hike or bike excursions, visit the Tramuntana mountain range and other beautiful towns in the region like Caimari, Mancor, Selva, Inca,...The beautiful Northern beaches are really near, only 30 minutes by car, like Port d’Alcudia, Port de Pollensa, Playas, de Muro,... Palma de Mallorca, the capital is also near and there you will finf a good variety of entertainment and cultural offer.
There is exterior parking for 3 cars.
