Spectacular country house with own pool located in Artà. It has capacity for 6 people which makes it ideal for a family.
Start the day with a refreshing bath in the 15 x 4m salt water pool with a maximum water depth of 2m. Adjacent is a spacious lawn area for playing and relaxing. Palm trees provide shade. Sunbeds and a furnished veranda are perfect for enjoying a romantic dinner or late breakfast. A mobile barbecue is available, natural garden completes the outdoor area. The finca is fenced and you have no direct neighbours.

In the modern living - dining area with satellite TV and wireless internet connection you will immediately feel at home. The room can be heated in the cool months with the wood oven. The kitchen is open to the dining area and equipped with all the utensils you need for cooking, including ceramic hob. In the laundry you'll find the washing machine, vacuum cleaner, dryer, iron and ironing board. One, of a total of 3 bedrooms, is on the ground floor and has a double bed, wardrobe and space for a baby bed, which is provided upon request.

The other 2 bedrooms are located on the first floor and have one 1 double bed, the other 2 single beds and wardrobe. One bedroom on the first floor has access to a balcony.There is a bathroom with bath tub and bidet on each floor. There's A/C in one of the bedrooms and in the corridor of the first floor.

Artà is a pretty, historical village in the north-east of Mallorca. It has a great cultural and archaeological heritage that you can visit for example the Village of Ses Païsses or the Parc Natural de Llevant. There is also a museum called Ses Paisses. A nice day at the beach you can spend in Cala Matzoc, Sa Font Celada or Caloscamps.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
