Welcome to this fantastic countriside house with swimming pool located at Llubí, where you will enjoy idylic views to the forest and the mountains. For 6 to 8 guests.
This property outdoors are outstanding, with an elevated chlorine 4x4 swimming pool with a depth of 1.40m and an external shower. A grass area surrounds the house, perfect for sunbathing having a cold drink. A furnished porch invites you to prepare a tasty barbecue for your loved ones. If you want to have fun without going anywhere, you are at the right place! As you can play lawn bowling, table tennis, basketball, and the little ones can play at the swing. The plot is all fenced and even if there are neighbours, it feels totally private.

The house works with solar energy and disposes of a big living-room with air conditioning and a fire place, perfect to watch TV, a DVD or listen to music. This space is completely open to the dining-room area and the gas kitchen. There are three beautiful bedrooms with a wardrobe each, two of them with a double bed, and one with a bunk bed. Two refurnished bathrooms, with a bath or a shower, give service to the house. Just in case you travel with two more guests, there is a sofa-bed at your service. If you travel with your baby, we will provide you a cot and a high chair under request. For the hot summer, there are 3 fans at the house and 2 radiators for the winter, although if you wish we can provide you more. The house disposes of a washing room with a washing machine, an iron and an iron board.

Only 2 km separate this lovely property from Llubí village, where you will find all the necessary amenities, like restaurants and bars, grocery shops, or the train station. Llubí is surrounded by two of the most important villages in the island, Inca and Sa Pobla. At Sa Pobla, you will find all kind of fresh fruits and vegetables cultivated by the people from the area. Every Sunday, you can go to the street market. Inca is well known too for its market, which takes place every Thursday, and the center full of shops. We recommend to visit the crystalized water beach that goes from Can Picafort to Puerto de Alcúdia, ideal for practicing watersports. This areas are so lively at day and night.

Note: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According this law the property is available for seasonal renting. However, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use and enjoyment of the property.
