Modern country house for 6 - 8 people, with private pool, in Petra.

This modern, 2-storey country house is surrounded by a well-kept terrain with gravel. The 10m x 4m chlorine pool has a depth between 0,5m - 2m, and counts with wooden terraces on both sides, with sunloungers and umbrellas, providing a an area to relax and sunbathe. On one side, there is a lounge area, with a sofa and stools in the shade, to have an appetizer or watch the kids playing in the pool. There is an exterior shower to wash of the chlorine after a dip in the pool. On the porch, there is a dining table and the house counts with a barbecue, so you will surely enjoy memorable outdoor dinners. The terrain is fenced and there are no direct neighbors, which provides you with total privacy.

The house is luminous and modern, with huge glass doors and windows. In the spacious living room, you can rest with a good movie on satellite TV or have relaxed conversations in front of the fireplace, with the romantic lightning of the pool from the outside. The living room is separated from the dining kitchen by sliding doors. The kitchen counts with a dining table for 6, a gas stovetop, an electric oven, a dishwasher and all necessary utensils which will help the “family-chef” enjoy preparing your favorite dishes. In the basement, you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. Two of the three bedrooms are situated on the ground floor, as well as a bathroom with a shower. The bedrooms count with a double bed and a wardrobe. Ascending the stairs, on an open loft floor, there is another bedroom, which counts with a dressing room and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Besides, there's a double sofa bed on the first floor. All bedrooms count with a fan. On request, we can prepare a baby bed and a high chair.

The house is situated in the countryside, at 2,5km from Petra and 16km from the natural beach of Son Serra de Marina. On one side the pine-forest and on the other the rural landscape, while the nearest neighbors are more than 200m away. It is the ideal place to enjoy a beach holiday, far from the mass. In Petra you will find all basic services, like a grocery store, restaurant or pharmacy. In Manacor and Can Picafort, there are more shops and bigger supermarkets. Can Picafort and Cala Millor are touristic beaches with a huge variety in leisure activities. Between Son Serra de Marina and Can Picafort, you can visit the finca Son Real, with its old Talayotic village and beautiful, signposted itineraries to the beach, where you will find a necropolis (funerary constructions from the 7th century BC.

On request, we can fence the pool, for more security for the children.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
