Die Unterkunft entsprach voll und ganz unseren Erwartungen, das Haus war sauber und sehr gemütlich (wobei wir uns dann trotzdem hauptsächlich im Garten und auf der Veranda aufgehalten haben), die Umgebung total ruhig und der Pool klasse :) Der Empfang war freundlich und wir hätten uns auch jederzeit melden können wenn wir etwas gebraucht hätten – es war aber perfekt von daher gab es nur noch einen freundlichen Abschied.

This lovely villa, with private pool and luxuriant garden is on the outskirts of Pollensa and welcomes 6 guests.
Go outside and enjoy the authentic scent of a Mediterranean forest while you have breakfast at the porch table or with a delicious BBQ. Then, lie down on one of the 6 sunloungers by the pool and bask in the peace of the place. The pool seems to be part of the natural environment, surrounded by trees and rocks and with spectacular views to the bay. It's a private chlorine pool that sizes 9.5 x 4 metres and its depth ranges from 1 to 1.8 metres. There're direct neighbours and the house is semi-detached.
The beauty and cosy house comprises two floors and works with solar energy. In the main floor you'll find the small but charming living room. Relax on the sofa with a good reading or watching satellite TV. Next, the dining kitchen is equipped with all you need to cook: gas cooktop, electric oven and more. A bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower complete this floor. Upstairs you'll find another living room, a bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with twin beds, and a bathroom with a bath and a shower. Finally, you'll find a washing machine, an iron, an ironing board, a baby cot and a high-chair.
Pollensa is in the North of Mallorca, about 5 km from the house. Its proximity to the sea and the mountain make it an amaziing place. The historical centre is very picturesque and famous thanks to the worth a visit "Calvari". Port de Pollensa, about 3 km away, surprises with a beach of white and fine sand and quiet waters, perfect for families. The promenade is beautiful for an evening stroll and end up having dinner in one of the restaurants and a drink in a terrace by the sea afterwards.

The ground surfaces outside the property were quite uneven. + The property is very tranquil in the countryside, yet close to all the amenities that we needed. The pool was lovely. The house had everything that we needed. The local town, beaches and shops were perfect for us.
See more + Der Pool und das separate Schlafzimmer im Poolhaus. Die Nähe zu Pollenca, Port de Pollenca und Alcudia. Defekte Waschmaschine und fehlendes Moskitonetz wurden innerhalb eines Tages repariert/montiert. - Der Weg (letztes Stück) zur Villa und die Einfahrt auf das Grundstück waren sehr holprig/steinig und eng, also schwierig zu fahren (man hat gehofft, dass kein Gegenverkehr kommt). Sehr viele Moskitos und Stechmücken (leider auch im Haus), liegt aber an dem Naturschutz-Feuchtgebiet
