Welcome to this beautiful house where you will fall in love of its well looked after outdoors, a 12x7m private chlorine swimming pool, with a deph ranging going from 1m to 1.90m, an external shower and up to seven hammocks, ideal to make the most of the good weather.Beside the swimming pool, a chill-out terrace invites you to drink a cocktail at night. A porch surrounding the house with an external kitchen, is perfect to prepare a tasty barbecue with your dear ones. There are neighbours, but the property is all fenced.

The house is divided in two floors: At the ground floor, you will find the dining-room, where you can rest beside the lovely fireplace while you watch a good film at the satellite TV. The gas equipped kitchen, preserves a typical majorcan style, due to its robust furniture and legendary vaults. Obviously, there is a laundry area, equipped with a washing machine, an iron and and ironing board. A bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a bath complete this floor.
Upstairs, the house disposes of more bedrooms, two with a double bed and all have A/C. One of them has a bathroom en suite with a hot tub, and the third one disposes of two single beds. If you travel with babies, we will provide you up to two cots and two high chairs. There is a furnished terrace at this floor and the house disposes of four fans. If you come over during the winter, switch on the central heating!

This property location at Levante de Mallorca is extraordinary, at a wonderful rural atmosphere. At Manacor, you will find all the public services, bars, typical majorcan food restaurants and easy acces to the motorway Ma-15, so you can visit idylic coves and beaches like Cala Magrana or Calas de Mallorca. We also highly recommend a visit to places like Portocolom, Natural Mondragó Park or the legendary .Cuevas del Drach, at Porto Cristo.
