Welcome to this great villa with private pool, located on the outskirts of Santa Margalida. It will be the second home of 5 guests.
Our guests will fall in love with this great finca thanks to the beautiful plot full of fruit trees surrounding the building and the fantastic chlorine pool. Sizing 10 x 5 and with a water depth from 1 to 1.9 metres, it is perfect for a great dip after basking in the sun on one of the 6 sun loungers and before cooking a succulent barbecue. You will enjoy it at the porch and then you can spend the evening chatting on the exterior sofa, alfresco. It must be added that the pool has a safety fence for children. The property is fended and there are neighbours around.

The house welcomes you in a spacious living - dining room equipped with air-conditioning, a comfy sofa to watch TV or rest and a robust and wonderful traditional Mallorcan table. Next, you will find the kitchen, also featuring a traditional style and equipped with a gas cooktop, oven and the appliances and utensils needed to cook comfortably together with a table with chairs and exit to the outside area. Here, you will also find the washing machine, iron and ironing board. There is a bathroom with a shower for the whole house. And, there are three bedrooms in the house in order to rest, the three of them with twin beds. Two of them also have air-conditioning and the last one has a fan. Two of the bedrooms also have a closet. A baby cot and a high-chair can be provided.

The property is about 4 km away from the centre of Santa Margalida, a town with a relatively central location in the island so you can head to any point you wish. It's a mainly rural area inhabited by locals so you will be able to know the traditions and essence of the island. You will find the needed services for an independent stay like a supermarket, bars, restaurants and more. If you want to go to the beach we recommend Can Picafort, only 5 km away. Its crystal-clear water, fine sand and great promenade are amazing.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
