Lovely house with private pool welcomes 4 people in Mancor de la Vall
In this house, at the foot of the Tramuntana mountain range, you are going to enjoy an authentic vacation of peace and calm. Outside, enjoy the surroundings and the wonderful views after a refreshing dip in the beautiful salt pool. It sizes 8x4 meters and its depth goes from 0.8 to 1.8 meters. The place is ideal to sunbathe on one of the sunbeds while listening to the chirping birds or having a drink on one of the several tables outdoors. The area provides rest and relax from the everyday life in the middle of an extraordinary setting. It features also a barbecue to prepare delicious grilled meats and vegetables and a playing ground area where the little ones will spend funny moments. There's an exterior bath with bathtub. The property is fenced and privacy is total.

The beautiful rustic style house counts with 100 m2 in just one floor. The inside is characterized by the wooden beams and the traditional but comfortable and functional furniture. When you get in, you find a great living - dining room where you can sit on the comfortable sofa an watch the satellite TV (only German channels). The dining table has capacity for 4 people and is placed by the chimney, ideal to be warm on the coldest days. The kitchen is independent and it offers a gas stove and oven, microwave and electric coffee machine among others. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board in the house. The house features 2 bedrooms in order to rest. There is a double bed, a wardrobe and a fan in the first bedroom and two single beds, a wardrobe and a fan in the second one. If you are travelling with your baby we can prepare cot and a high chair. A bathroom with bathtub completes the accommodation.

This house is located in a very quiet area, surrounded by mountains, but at the same time, only 1.3 km from Mancor de la Vall. You will find the basic services at the village. Supermarkets, shops and a variety of restaurants can be found in the city of Inca. The house is the ideal starting point for cyclists and hikers. The nearest beach is Puerto de Alcudia, 26 km from the property, where apart from the sea and the sun you can practise water sports or enjoy the night life. If you like golf, the nearest course is in Pollensa, 26.3 km from the house.

It’s very easy to rent a house through Homerti. We have done it several times and it always work very well. The service is good and if you have questions they answer you right away.I can only give Homerti my best recommendation.

We had a great stay!! The house is beautiful and the view even better than on the pictures. Both bathrooms have been completely modernised, new sofa and there is an third small 1p bedroom. Only thing was a very sagging matrass in one 2p room and a loud refrigerator. Private and very centrally locaticated to discover the island by car. No traffic noise, only sheep, birds and dogs. Would definately recommend!!

We had a wonderfully peaceful getaway with our 2 year old daughter at this beautiful house nestled among the sheep in the hills. The tranquility of the location was beyond our expectations, and the views even more breathtaking in person than in the pictures. While the interior was sufficient, it did show its age and could benefit from a bit of an upgrade. Despite that, we truly relished our stay and found it perfect for a relaxing escape and exploring the gorgeous island of Mallorca.

Es war alles perfekt! Super schönes Haus in toller Umgebung. Insbesondere der Außenbereich war top. 2 große Sonnenschirme am Pool wären schön gewesen, sonst gibt es keinerlei Kritik.

Everything was perfect! Super nice house in great surroundings. The outdoor area in particular was great. 2 large parasols by the pool would have been nice, otherwise there is no criticism.

Wir waren zu dritt dort und waren sehr überrascht wie groß das Grundstück ist und dass wir ein weiteres Schlafzimmer aufgefunden haben als beschrieben. Die Lage der Finca ist wunderschön und sehr ruhig, die Schafe und Esel in den Nachbar Wiesen waren sehr authentisch. Der Garten und Poolbereich ist extremst schön gestaltet und bietet viele Sitz- und liege Gelegenheiten. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet mit Gewürzen, Ölen, Tellern sowie Küchengeräte ausgestattet, hat Spaß gemacht, dort zu kochen. Was in der Küche gefehlt hat war ein weiteres Feuerzeug mit Gas und Schneidebretter. Die Betten waren in Ordnung, etwas zu kurz für mich und nicht die bequemsten Kissen. Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub in der Finca.

There were three of us there and we were very surprised at how big the property was and that we found another bedroom than described. The location of the finca is beautiful and very quiet, the sheep and donkeys in the neighboring meadows were very authentic. The garden and pool area are extremely beautifully designed and offer plenty of seating and lying opportunities. The kitchen was well stocked with spices, oils, plates as well as kitchen appliances, it was fun to cook there. What was missing in the kitchen was another lighter with gas and cutting boards. The beds were fine, a little short for me and not the most comfortable pillows. It was a wonderful holiday in the finca.

Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön ruhig und abseits gelegen. Es gibt einen sehr großzügigen Garten und viele, liebevoll eingerichtete Ecken zum Verweilen, sowie einen sehr gepflegten Pool. Auch die Finca ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt. Einziges Problem, welches leider auch über den gesamten Zeitraum bestand und nicht repariert werden konnte, war eine defekte Warmwassertherme. Diese musste teilweise mehrfach am Tag neu gestartet werden, was sich - befindet man sich allein vor Ort - als sehr aufwendig darstellt.

The accommodation is beautifully quiet and secluded. There is a very spacious garden and many lovingly furnished corners to relax in, as well as a very well-kept pool. The finca is also comfortably furnished. We felt very comfortable here. The only problem, which unfortunately existed throughout the entire period and could not be repaired, was a defective hot water heater. This sometimes had to be restarted several times a day, which - if you are alone on site - is very time-consuming.

+ Tolle Unterkunft, sehr schöner Ausblick auf die Landschaft. Ruhig gelegen. Schöner Pool mit Liegen und toll gepflegtem Außenbereich. - etwas kalt in der Unterkunft (heizen mit dem Kamin war nötig, obwohl es draußen schon angenehm warm war). Viel zu warme Decken. Leider ist der Durchlauferhitzer ständig ausgefallen. Die Kommunikation mit Homerti hat nicht weitergeholfen. Generell war die Kommunikation mit Homerti etwas schwierig aufgrund der Sprachbarriere. Küchenausstattung war OK, essentielle Sachen zum Kochen wie ein Schneidebrett haben gefehlt.

Communication was excellent even when we got lost in the dark. The villa was clean well equipped with beautiful views and a lovely pool. The location is perfect for a quiet non tourist holiday with access to the mountains in mins. We will be going back

We had a great stay at this villa, the surrounding area is even nicer that the photos on the site. A hire car is a must though. The supermarket at Inca has everything you will need. The village near the villa not so much. Communication from Homerti is very good.

Einfach super. Eine ganz tolle Finca, in der man sich gleich heimisch fühlt. Neben den nett eingerichteten Räumlichkeiten und dem großräumigen Gelände hat uns besonders der wirklich wunderschöne Ausblick über die tolle Lanndschaft gefallen. Wir kommen gerne mal wieder. Trubel sucht man in der naheliegenden Umgebung vergebens und zum nächsten Ort sind es ein paar Meter - aber das war auch genauso von uns gewollt. Die Unterkunft ist sauber, ebenso der Garten und der Pool - alles tiptop!

Simply great. A really great finca where you immediately feel at home. In addition to the nicely furnished rooms and the spacious area, we particularly liked the really beautiful view over the great landscape. We'd love to come back again. You won't find any hustle and bustle in the nearby area and it's a few meters to the next town - but that's exactly what we wanted. The accommodation is clean, as is the garden and the pool - everything is top notch!

Super maison, vraiment très bien équipée. Très bonne communication avec l’équipe d’Homerti. Nous avons été très bien accueilli avec un plateau de fruits et nous avons pu profiter de la maison un peu plus tard la dernière journée, ce qui est très plaisant.

Great house, really very well equipped. Very good communication with the Homerti team. We were very well received with a fruit platter and we were able to enjoy the house a little later on the last day, which was very pleasant.

“The villa is set in the middle of the mountains so the surrounding views are beautiful! We arrived at the villa a bit earlier than the designated check-in time with 2 tired young children and we were able to go in straight away. We had a slight issue with a cloudy pool when we arrived, however i recieved an email reply within 30 minutes explaining the pump had broken just before we arrived, somebody came that evening and the pool was clear by the next day. The villa had everything we needed to make meals and an added welcome gift on arrival. Our little ones loved the swings and the slide hidden at the back of the garden and picking limes and lemons from the trees. The villa was exceptionally clean and had plenty of space inside for the 4 of us, we did spend most of our time outside in the very large garden. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you!”

Es ist gut, dass es solche Dienstleister wie Homerti gibt, die den eigentlichen Eigentümern der Fincas die Verwaltung abnehmen. Es war alles professsionell und unkompliziert, wie man es erwartet.

It's good that there are service providers like Homerti who take over the administration from the actual owners of the fincas. Everything was professional and uncomplicated, as you would expect.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub (11 Tage), es hat uns sehr gut gefallen in der schönen Finca mit grossem und gepflegtem Garten/pool inkl. kleinem Kinderspielplatz (Rutschbahn, Schaukel). Die Finca ist gut eingerichtet, es gibt genug Platz und eignet sich auch sehr gut für Familien mit kleinen Kindern. Ein Auto ist sehr zu empfehlen, da die Finca etwas abgeschieden liegt. Dies hat uns aber gut gefallen, da man nicht gestört wird. Sehr gerne kommen wir wieder.

We had a great holiday (11 days), we really enjoyed the beautiful finca with a large and well-kept garden/pool including a small children's playground (slide, swing). The finca is well furnished, there is enough space and is also very suitable for families with small children. A car is highly recommended as the finca is somewhat secluded. We liked this because we weren't disturbed. We would be happy to come back.

Emplacement de rêve si l'on aime la campagne (ce qui est mon cas!), vues superbes, calme (sauf quand le voisin à décidé de tailler tous ses arbres à la tronçonneuse:), il faut aussi aimer les brebis (avec leur cloches) y en a partout autour. Maison avec beaucoup de charme, fonctionnelle avec tout le confort nécessaire (juste un jeu de poêle à changer:) Semaine au top en famille un vrai régal, piscine non chauffée mais baignable à cette période si l'on est pas frileux.

Dream location if you love the countryside (which is the case for me!), superb views, quiet (except when the neighbor decided to cut down all his trees with a chainsaw:), you also have to love sheep (with their bells) are everywhere around. House with a lot of charm, functional with all the necessary comfort (just a set of stoves to change:) A great week with the family, a real treat, swimming pool not heated but swimmable at this time if you are not cold.
