This stunning country house is perfect for those who love the tranquility and the nature, since the exteriors invite to rest when accompanied by a unique mountain and country landscape. In front of a warm stone construction, you have a wonderful private salt pool, 8 x 4 m and 1 to 1.6 m deep, 6 sun loungers and a perfectly furnished pergola for those moments of peace. In addition, a porch invites you to prepare a delicious barbecue after a long time playing table tennis, while the other invites you to have a glass of wine to finish the day.

Inside the house, you find an impressive kitchen-living-dining room, in such a modern style but preserving the mallorcan traditional elements of special charm. Here you can cook on gas hob, eat and rest watching satellite TV. The laundry room features washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are three dormitories with wardrobe as well as fan, two of which are boasted with a double bed and, even one of these, also has an en-suite shower bathroom, while the third one has a bunk bed. There is availability for both a cot and a high chair. In addition to all this, there is another shower bathroom that services the entire accommodation, as well as an exterior toilet. The house is heated with oil central heating.

The country house is situated at about 10 km from Manacor, a big village known because of its furniture stores and endless bars, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. The nearest beach is Porto Cristo, at about 26.4 km. Rotana golf course is also situated at only 10.7 km, in case you would like to get entertained.
