Beautiful house with private pool in the middle of the countryside in sa Pobla, welcomes 6 guests

In this house you will find the absolute calm and it is ideal to disconnect. Outside, a magnificent chlorine pool, sizing 10 x 5 meters and with a depth that goes from 0.5 to 1.8 meters, will allow you to cool down during the long summer days. Besides, you will be able to sunbathe on one of the sunbeds, take a vermouth at the table by the barbecue building, or read a book under the tree at the original stoned table. At the entrance of the house, the marvellous furnished porch with comfortable sofa and armchairs where you will disconnect while having a coffee after lunch. The property is fenced and privacy is total.

Inside you will enjoy a spacious living - dining room and kitchen where you can watch the TV (only local channels) while warming up by the wood stove on the coldest days. Then the dining table, ideal for 6 people, and the kitchen, which is fully equipped and it has a ceramic hob. If you want to keep fit also during your vacation, the house counts with an impressive gym area. A bathtub bathroom completes the ground floor. You will find the three bedrooms on the 1st floor. The 1st one has 2 single beds and the other two count with a double bed each. There is a second shower bathroom on this floor. The house counts also with a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron and ian ironing board. If you are travelling with a baby, a cot and a high chair are also available.

The property counts also with a second building where you can spend quality time with your family and friends. It has a living - dining room and kitchen with sofas and armchairs, TV with satellite channels, a big dining table for 12 people and a fully equipped kitchen, including a gas hob. Another bathroom with a shower can be found at this building.

In sa Pobla, you will enjoy the peace of the countryside and nature being, at the same time, very near of the north coast beaches like Can Picafort, only 13 km away. You will find all basic services for an independent stay in the village. Don’t forget to taste the traditional Majorcan food at one of its restaurants and bars. If you are a golf lover, the courses of Aucanada and Pollensa are also very near.
