This newly-reformed house with beautiful countryside views is equipped with a solar power system and is a perfect place to spend a nice vaction for a family of a group of friends. There are 2 double bedrooms (one is on the ground floor and another is on the first floor). There is a bathrooms which has an access to the bedroom and to the dining room.
A fully-fitted kitchen is equipped with all necessary kitchenware needed to prepare tasty meals. In a cozy living room you can rest after a hot beach day or watch a satellite TV or surfe the internet.
The outdoor areas are fabulous: on the sunbeds you can sunbathe next to a 6x2,5-sized pool or have a glass of wine in the evening on the furnished porch. You will find also a BBQ with a wooden oven where you can elaborate exquisite meals. There are parking space for 6 cars.
The house and its surrounding breathes tranquility with stunning countryside views. Take a walk by bike or on foot on its grounds of 3500m2 or in the Montragó Natural Park which is also close to the house.
1,5km away is Santanyi town with all amenities needed fot the vacation: supermarket, a medical center, pharmacy, bars and restaurants, shops etc. This town combines a traditional Majorcan atmosphere and a touristic flair. By car you will reach such beaches as Es Trenc or Colonia de Sant Jordi. The house is 50 minutes away to Palma capital where you can go shopping or visit sightseeing places.
In 10km you reach Cala D´Or with its rich night life.
NOTE: This property’s rent is carried out based on the Spanish legislation, specifically Law 29/1994 of 24 November on urban leases. For this reason, the property will be available for seasonal use. In this contract the lessee will not be offered any kind of tourist services. This contract only consists of the cession of the use and enjoyment of the property.
