Fantastic villa set in a privileged natural landscape, on the outskirts of Son Servera, with private pool and space for 6 people.
This wonderful country house, revetted with Mallorcan stone, is surrounded by some fabulous exteriors and a privileged natural landscape, between mountains and fields. Imagine taking a great breakfast or an exquisite barbecue, under the porch, and sunbathing in the sun on the 6 sun loungers while contemplating the landscape. Then, it cannot miss a refreshing bath in the salt private pool. It has a size of 10*5 m and a depth of 1.1 to 2.1 m. The plot is fenced and the privacy is absolute.

When you come in, a wonderful kitchen-living-dining room with A/C welcome you and it is the stay where you can watch a film in the satellite TV or in DVD or even listen to some music after having tasted some delicious dishes cooked on the ceramic stove. There are washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are three dormitories with wardrobe and two of them with air conditioning. The first two bedrooms, with two single beds in each, are at the same floor as well as a bathroom with shower. Going upstairs, there you will find another bedroom with a double bed, TV (Spanish channels) and an en-suite bathroom with hydromassage bathtub. There are a cot, a high chair and two radiators at your disposal.

The country house is situated at 3.7 km from Son Servera village, where you have all the indispensable facilities for your stay, although for more services, we totally recommend you going to Artà town. If you like the beach, the nearest one is at only 8.3 km, Costa dels Pins. The golf course of Capdepera is at only 12 km too.

Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years old, unless they are accompanied by their parents. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.
