This villa features a private, 6mx 4m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 2m to 2.2m and an exterior shower, just perfect for a refreshment. A porch with chill-out zone is nice for a drink in the evening, maybe on the sofa, maybe around the stone table. There's a spacious natural garden where your kids can play. The plot is fenced and there are no direct neighbours so you'll enjoy total privacy.

The interiors are a mix between romantic charm and Majorcan Style. A big door gives access to a living room with A/C, wooden oven, satellite and smart TV. Especially the stone lined walls give a rustic flair to this room. The ample kitchen is open to the dining area and another living room, a perfect place for family get togethers. Furthermore, the kitchen is fully-equipped, including a gas hob. The washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board can be found on the terrace.

Two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom have A/C and space for one cot and one high chair. Mind that the second bedroom has no wardrobe. One bath with bathtub and a shower bath complete the equipment.

Set in a beautiful spot, surrounded by vineyards, this authentic cottage forms part of the Pla de Mallorca, a zone for cycling and hiking. The hill Puig de Bonany raises at the horizon; at the same time the highest elevation of the area. The village of Petra offers small shops, cafes and good restaurants serving homemade food, called cellers. As this house is in the centre of Mallorca, it's up to you which beach you fancy. Maybe you like the dreamlike beaches of the North, Playa de Muro and Son Serra de Marina, or the nice bays in the East like Porto Cristo and Cales de Mallorca, or you fancy the large Playa de Palma in the South.
