Der Pool und der Garten samt Außenanlagen sind himmlisch, eingebettet in einer sehr ländlichen Umgebung. Aufgeweckt wird man vom hauseigenen Gockel. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.

Welcome to this lovely country house for 6 people near Petra with a private pool and incredible mountain views
The outdoor areas of this property are wonderful: a large 10x4m-sized pool with a chlorinated water (0.80-1.8m deep) that invites you to take an excellent bath before a delicious meal or dinner next to it. You can also sunbathe on the sun loungers or play with your little ones on the lawn. The porch invites you to relax by sipping an ice cream or lounging on the couches while reading an intriguing book. The plot is fenced and there are no direct neighbours. Keep in mind that due to the fact that the country house has an installation of solar panels, its equipment must be protected and there are restricted areas.
The interior of this two-storey and solar-powered house combines a rustic but a modern style, making it very special and beautiful. On the ground floor you find a large and comfortable living-dining room with a satellite television. The kitchen with an American-style bar, equipped with gas hob and kitchen utensils and has a direct access to the exterior and to a dining corner. There are a bathroom with shower and a laundry room with washing machine, ironing board and iron.
Going upstairs you find three bedrooms with wardrobe: one of them with double bed and two are twins. Here is also a bathroom with shower and bathtub. On this floor there is another terrace ideal to escape from the rest for a while. If you stay with a baby, we provide a cot and a highchair. The equipment of this house is completed with 3 fans.
The rural surroundings of Petra are full of fertile and peasant fields. This idyllic landscape invites you to take long walks in the countryside, to hike, to cycle and to explore the beauty of this quiet area of the island, where there are still some windmills that decorate the landscape. On the horizon stands the Puig de Bonany Mountain of 317 meters from where you can see the island with its Sierra de Tramuntana mountain chain, Sierra de Levante, Pla de Mallorca island county and the Alcudia Bay, which is more or less 21km away. There are shops and supermarkets in Petra and Manacor.
If you fancy a day at the beach, you have many options accessible only within 20 minutes by car. We recommend Ses Casetes des Capellans in Can Picafort, the beach of Son Serra de Marina, Cala Magraner, Porto Cristo, Cala Morlanda or Portocolom, among many others.

5 guests reviewed this property. La maison est située au milieu de l'île ce qui permet de visiter les différents sites à 40 minutes chacun environ. La maison est grande, les extérieurs sont magnifiques (piscine, vue, terrasse). Nous en avons peu profité début avril et avons eu froid dans la maison (fraîche certainement pour faire face aux grosses chaleurs). Le baby a été fort apprécié des enfants. Il faut aimer le chant des coqs que l'on entend à différents moments de la nuit, c'est aussi les contraintes de la campagne. Il n'y a pas de vis à vis. Si besoin, une personne est très réactive et se déplace. La boîte à clef permet une arrivée et un départ quand on le souhaite.
See more Amazing villa next to Petra town. Very quiet and private location. The best if you want to run away from big cities noises. We found everything what family needs for the holiday. Even games for the kids like table football, and small pool, and more. Even we had some issues during our visit they been solved very quickly and officiant. Would come back here again and recommend to everyone.
See more Eine tolle Finca in absoluter Ruhe (bis auf bellenden Hunden und krähenden Hähnen). Die Finca ist mit eigenem Pool, zwei Terrassen, Grill uvm. sehr gut ausgestattet. Auch bei einem Problem mit der Toilette wurde recht schnell Hilfe geschickt.
