This eighteenth century estate has a private pool with beautiful views to the fields of Llubí and offers accommodation to 6 people .
In a very nice way restored, this country house invites you to spend a fabulous holiday in the centre-north of Mallorca. The infinity chlorine pool, which has a size of 10 x 3.5 metres and a depth of 0.8 to 1.9 metres, along with the outdoor shower invites to take a refreshing dip. On the three chairs you can sunbathe while reading your favourite book and relax. The small porch near the pool is perfect take an little snack while the stone terrace is a cool place to dine a barbecue and spend your evenings. In front of the terrace there is a beautiful lawn corner where you can spread the towel and play with the little ones. Arpund the house and the pool you will find fields of fruit trees like orange and lemon trees that provide fresh vitamins according to the season. The plot is fenced and there are direct neighbours.

A cosy living room with a sofa is perfect for watching a movie on satellite television .The dining-kitchen has a rustic character and you can still see the corner where people formerly cooked on fire. Today, the kitchen is adapted to the needs of modern life and offers a gas stove, a dishwasher and all utensils you might need. The washing machine, the iron and the ironing board are in the laundry room. Perfect for six guests, this property offers three bedrooms in total, two with a double bed and one with twin beds. Besides, there is a bathroom with a shower and there is another bathroom with a bath. If you come with a baby ,we can prepare a crib and a highchair. Three fans complete the equipment.

Llubí is a small authentic village in the centre-north of Mallorca, surrounded by wheat fields and farms. In the centre you will find a grocery store, cafes and some good restaurants. On Wednesday you can visit the traditional market of the island, which takes place in Sineu and go eat to a celler, which are typical Mallorcan restaurants. The coast is about twenty minutes by car. The northern beaches are wonderful and perfect for families with children, such as Can Picafort , Playa de Muro , Puerto Alcudia and Puerto Pollensa. A car is necessary.
