Welcome to this cozy country house for 4 people on the outskirts of Porreres, with private aboveground pool.
Surrounded by a vast forest and with nice views to the mountain, at the outdoors of the property you can enjoy of the good weather having such a delicious breakfast in the terrace, swimming as much as you want in the private chlorine pool or just making tasty barbecues under the porch. The pool is an aboveground one and its measurements are 8 x 4.5 m and has a depth of 1.9 m. Just below, it also offers a pleasant artificial grassy zone with 4 sun beds so that you can sunbathe or read something that you may find interesting. The plot is fenced and it provides an absolute privacy.
The house operates through solar heat and distributes its living spaces on a single floor. When you go in, there is a wide and functional kitchen/dining/lounge. Thus, you can watch the TV or chat a little, while you cook savoury dishes with a gas stove or in the oven, at the same time you set the table and take a delicious appetizer. The laundry is an independent room and it features a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. To have a rest, there are two double bed dormitories. One of them, has an en-suite bathroom with shower, some space for a cot or a high chair and a big chest for your clothes. The other one only has a clothing hanger. Ultimately, there is another bathroom with shower that provides service to the entire house.
Porreres is a very real and fairly central town, surrounded by fields and forests. At the center of the village, you can find everything needed for an independent and lovely stay, such as bars, supermarkets, restaurants,etc. If you like moving on, the zone is just ideal for cycling and hiking. We suggest you visiting the Santuario de Cura, with fabulous views. Regarding to the beaches, the nearest one is Porto Colom at only 24 km, but you can also visit other heavenly beaches as, for instance, Sa Ràpita or Es Trenc.
