Welcome to this beautiful house for 8 guests with panoramic views over the countryside of Manacor.

This spacious villa offers 4 bedrooms and it is an excellent choice for families with children or friends who plan quiet holidays. Two bedrooms on the 1st floor have double beds; furthermore one of them comes with an en suite bathroom and overlooks the pool from its terrace. Also on the 1st floor you will find another bedroom with three single beds; ideal for the kids! On the ground floor there is a room with a large single bed. All rooms have closets. The house has also a beautiful crib. The rooms do not have air conditioning but fans can be provided. In addition to the en suite bathroom, the house has two more bathrooms: one has a lovely bathtub on the ground floor and the second one on the 1st floor is equipped with a shower and a bathtub.

Feel the Mediterranean breeze in every room! You can rest in the spacious living room on a comfortable sofa while reading a good book, watching TV or listening to music. There is a sound system in the interior of the house, so you can enjoy your favourite music in every room. During cold nights, you can warm-up at the fireplace. The dining area is in the same space as the sitting room and has a large table to enjoy meals with the whole family. The kitchen is well-equipped with blender, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, juice squeezer, water kettle, dishwasher, electric fryer, gas hob, electric oven, cutlery and fridge freezer. Besides, the fridge freezer has a built-in television with Spanish channels. The kitchen is also furnished with tables and chairs. There is a highchair available for kids. The house also has an independent laundry near the pool which contains a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The exterior of the house is fantastic: sunbathe on the terrace, prepare a barbecue or just relax on the sun loungers near the pool. The porch of 10m2 is located right outside the entrance of the house. You can organize summer meals at the table next to the barbecue area. At the barbecue area there is a small fridge. The salt water pool measures about 21 m2. Beside the pool there is an outdoor shower.

The garage is not available for our guests, but don’t worry! You can park your car on the street in front of the house – it has no cost. Please keep in mind that pets are not welcome.

The nearest supermarket, restaurants and cafes are located in Manacor, only 10 minutes by car. The next beach, Cala Mendia is 17 km away. We recommend you to visit also the beaches Cala Barques, Cala Ratjada, Cala Mesquida, Cala Torta, Cala Millor and Cala Bona. Cala Millor and Cala Bona are crowded in the summer but there you can find plenty of restaurants and entertainment. Cala Torta is a small natural cove with a beach bar serving delicious grilled fresh fish. In Manacor you can visit a famous pearl and jewellery factory, named Majorica. About 16 km from the house there are the Caves of Drach, one of the most famous caves of the island whose stalactites and stalagmites have been formed for years and where you can explore a spectacular underwater lake by boat.

Note: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According this law the property is available for seasonal renting. However, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use and enjoyment of the property.
