Another terrace at the entrance is equipped with a table and chairs and a ping-pong table with racquets and balls.

Additionally to the bathroom mentioned beforehand, there is an independent bath with bath tub. On the first floor you'll find a very spacious bedroom, fitted with one double bed, a shower bathroom en-suite and a living room. This nice house has central heating for the colder months.

This property sets in a quiet and rural zone near Manacor and the famous trail Via Verde which connects Artà with Manacor. Due to this, you can do nice excursions by bicycle or hiking. In the city of Manacor you'll find everything you may need for an independent holiday.

A 15 minutes' drive takes you to the beautiful coast and to dreamlike beaches like Porto Cristo, Cala Magrana, Cala Mendia, S'Illot and Cala Murada. The Drac Caves are quite close and are famous for its unique, subterranean lake, where you can go by boat. The kids will enjoy in the safari-zoo, situated in Cala Millor, at the same time a good spot to have some drinks at night.
