On the outskirts of Sencelles, this beautiful country house with private pool welcomes 6 guests.
This fantastic villa surprises with its spectacular stone building surrounded by the fields and forest, and providing our guests with that sensation of peace that they deserve for their vacation. In front of the house, we have a great private chlorine pool that invites to take a cool dip at any moment after basking in the sun for a while on one of the 8 sun loungers. The pool sizes 9 x 4.5 metres and the water depth ranges from 0.8 to 1.6 metres. An exterior shower is also available in case you want to cool down quickly. After a relaxed morning swimming in the pool, the great furnished porch is perfect to enjoy a delicious meal and a nice evening. The property is fenced and privacy is total.

The house comprises a unique floor. When you enter you are welcomed by a warm and relaxing living room where you can sit all together to have a chat or enjoy an interesting book. Then you enter the dining room which is furnished with a table for our 6 guests and direct exit to the exterior. The kitchen is independent and it offers a ceramic hob, oven, microwave and large countertops where you can easily cook and a table with chairs in case you prefer to enjoy your meals here. The washing machine, iron and ironing board also are in the kitchen. The house features 3 bedrooms with a double and a closet each, two of them with an en-suite bathroom -one with a bath and the other with independent bath and shower-. There is another bathroom with a shower for the rest of the house. Finally, the house offers ducted air-conditioning and radiators in all rooms.

The property is located in the centre of the island, 2.8 km away from Santa Eugènia, where you will find all you may need for your stay, including bars, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. Please, take into account that sometimes you can hear the planes passing by in the area of Santa Eugènia. Those who love playing golf find two courses not far away: Golf Puntiró and Golf Son Gual. Regarding the beaches, you can visit those of Can Pastilla or Playa de Palma, the nearest ones. But you can also head to the other end of the island and meet the paradisaical Bay of Alcudia, with beaches of crystalline water and fine sand.
