Surrounded by fields and beautiful mountain views, this finca will surprise you with the terrace around the chlorine pool. This sizes 9 x 5.5 metres and has a depth from 1.25 to 2.2 metres. Right here, a fantastic awning invites to enjoy a delicious barbecue at the garden dining table. Afterwards, you can relax on any of the 10 sun loungers or maybe enjoy a little walk throughout the garden.

The majestic house has two floors. On the ground floor you will find a spacious living room with large sofas to comfortably watch satellite TV or take a nap. The kitchen -with a ceramic top- and the dining area come together, becoming a quite practical place to cook your best recipes and enjoy them right there, or to have an appetiser while chatting and laughing with the family chefs. You will enjoy the charm of the wood stove when it is cold outside. The house offers 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms in total. On the ground floor you have a shower bathroom and a double bed room with access to the terrace and closet. When going upstairs, you find another shower bathroom and the rest of the bedrooms. Three of them offer two twin beds and a closet each, and the other two come with a double bed and exit to a terrace. One of the last features an en-suite bathroom with a hydro-massage tub. There is one fourth bathroom outside with a shower, and this is also the place where you will find the washing machine. The corridors leading to the bedrooms offer an AC unit for your best comfort.

The property is located in a quiet area a few kilometres away from the town of Muro, where you will find a supermarket, bars and restaurants. Just 8 km away, you find the extensive beach o fine sand a clean water of Can Picafort, a lively place specially in the summer with a great gastronomic, leisure and night offer. And it is still perfect the rest of the year. In spring, for example, you will be delighted with hiking or biking excursions admiring the beautiful landscape.
