Ein auf circa 150 m über dem Meeresspiegel am Hang gelegenes Objekt mit nach Süden ausgerichtetem Swimmingpool, alles sehr sauber und geschmackvoll angelegt und mit einem atemberaubenden Blick. Im Außenbereich mangelt es an nichts, die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet, an der Versorgung mit Wäsche nichts auszusetzen! Sas Gebäude liegt auf dem Grundstück des Eigentümers, neben an grasen Schafe, es gackern Hühner und Gänse. Selbstverständlich muss der Eigentümer seine Felder bestellen und ist somit ab und zu in der Nähe des Geländes. Wegen der Sauberkeit kümmert sich der Eigentümer um den Pool, da dieser auch von Wildtieren als Tränke genutzt wird, so dass 100-prozentige Einsamkeit nicht gegeben sein kann, dies führt aber nicht zum Punktabzug. Im Haus selber hätte es an der ein oder anderen Stelle etwas sauberer sein können, angefangen bei Spinnen weben in der Ecke und aufgehört bei einem nicht gut gepflegten Spülmaschinenabfluss, dies konnte jedoch sehr gut mit der Vermietung kommuniziert werden, auch hier kein Grund für einen Punktabzug. Gut zu wissen: zum Objekt selber führt eine majorquinische Schotterstraße, diese benötigt eine/n etwas erfahrenen Fahrer/-in. Alles in allem waren wir begeistert und würden jederzeit hier wieder einen Urlaub verbringen!
A property located on a slope at around 150 m above sea level with a south-facing swimming pool, everything very clean and tastefully laid out and with a breathtaking view. There is nothing missing in the outdoor area, the kitchen is excellently equipped, and there is nothing wrong with the supply of laundry! The building is located on the owner's property, with sheep grazing next to it and chickens and geese cackling. Of course, the owner has to cultivate his fields and is therefore close to the site from time to time. Because of the cleanliness, the owner takes care of the pool, as it is also used by wild animals as a watering place, so 100 percent solitude cannot be guaranteed, but this does not lead to a point deduction. In the house itself it could have been a little cleaner in one place or another, starting with spiders weaving in the corner and ending with a dishwasher drain that wasn't well maintained, but this was very well communicated with the rental company, no reason for a point deduction here either . Good to know: A Majorcan gravel road leads to the property itself; this requires a somewhat experienced driver. All in all, we were thrilled and would spend a holiday here again at any time!

A beautiful quiet rural location with spacious well equipped accommodation and a fantastically clean and well sited infinity pool with views out over the surrounding countryside. If you are after stunnning views, spacious accomodation with some homely touches, and you are not averse to the odd sheep bell and braying donkey, then this is the place for you! Beaches and shops are a drive away, approx 20 mins to Campos for supermarkets and 30 mins or so to the coast. I highly recommend this very well run and beautifully located villa.

Voici la villa dont nous avions envie et besoin! Au calme, avec une vue à 180° sur la campagne et dans laquelle on se sent bien. La piscine est parfaite, le jardin apaisant avec plusieurs coins pour lire, boire un verre, se reposer, contempler... Soit sous un grand chêne, soit dans le salon de jardin. La terrasse, en partie couverte, permet de manger à l'ombre ou au soleil et de faire des grillades dans la cheminée extérieure. La maison est agréable, spacieuse et bien équipée au niveau de la cuisine. La décoration est simple, plutôt classique, mais je le répète, il s'en dégage une atmosphère reposante qui fait que nous nous y sommes sentis très bien. La location est gérée par une agence qui communique bien. Un bureau est présent à l'aéroport pour nous donner les dernières infos et l'adresse. En général je préfère les locations gérées directement par les propriétaires pour pouvoir échanger et nous avons eu la bonne surprise de pouvoir rencontrer le propriétaire qui est venu nous rendre visite. Il travail sur les terres autour de la maison, mais reste très discret. J'attire l'attention sur le fait que la villa est isolée, que l'on y accède par un petit chemin de terre et qu'une voiture est indispensable. Elle ne se trouve pas dans le village de Porreres mais à quelques minutes. C'est tout à fait ce que nous recherchions, nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux, mais si vous souhaitez aller chercher le pain, boire un verre ou manger au restaurant, à pieds cette location risque de ne pas vous convenir. En résumée, cette villa est faite pour les personnes recherchant du calme et qui n'hésiteront pas à prendre la voiture pour visiter cette magnifique île qui regorge de jolis villages et de merveilleuses criques parfois bien cachées!
This is the villa we wanted and needed! Quiet, with a 180° view of the countryside and where you feel good. The swimming pool is perfect, the garden soothing with several corners for reading, having a drink, resting, contemplating... Either under a large oak tree, or in the garden furniture. The terrace, partly covered, allows you to eat in the shade or in the sun and grill in the outdoor fireplace. The house is pleasant, spacious and well equipped in the kitchen. The decoration is simple, rather classic, but I repeat, it gives off a relaxing atmosphere which made us feel very good there. The rental is managed by an agency that communicates well. An office is present at the airport to give us the latest information and addresses. In general I prefer rentals managed directly by the owners so that I can exchange ideas and we had the pleasant surprise of being able to meet the owner who came to visit us. He works on the land around the house, but remains very discreet. I draw attention to the fact that the villa is isolated, that it is accessed by a small dirt road and that a car is essential. It is not located in the village of Porreres but a few minutes away. This is exactly what we were looking for, we had a wonderful stay, but if you want to go get bread, have a drink or eat at the restaurant, on foot this rental may not suit you. In summary, this villa is made for people looking for peace and quiet and who will not hesitate to take the car to visit this magnificent island which is full of pretty villages and wonderful coves, sometimes well hidden!
