The house has a furnished porch that can be accessed via a few steps, making it the ideal place for dining outdoors and BBQ meals. The property is fenced and you have neighbours.

On only one floor there are about 200m2. The air - conditioned living - dining area is harmoniously designed and furnished with comfortable sofas, satellite TV (German channels only) and dining table for 6 people. The large kitchen is equipped with: gas stove, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave and much more. The dining table placed here is ideal for a hearty breakfast or coffee in the afternoon. Of course there is also a washing machine, ironing board and iron.

After eventful days you look forward to rest in one of the three bedrooms. There are 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed, one has the shower room "en suite" and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have a wardrobe. On request, a cot and high chair can be provided. A second shower room is for all residents.

The house is located in a rural area of the municipality Muro, about 7.5km from the fantastic beaches of Can Picafort or Playa de Muro. In Muro all important services are offered. The area is ideal for walks and you will not regret a visit to the S'Albufera Nature Reserve. Numerous official cycling routes pass through the municipality of Muro. Without a doubt you will spend unforgettable holidays in this house.
