Fantastic country house for 8 people on the outskirts of Llubí, with private pool and tennis court.
Enjoy the peace and the views to the fields whilst having breakfast at the covered terrace. Later, you can head to the salt water pool, that sizes 6 x 3 metres and has a water depth that ranges from 1.7 to 2.1 metres and relax while swimming, sunbathing on one of the 8 sun loungers or enjoying a delicious BBQ. There also is a tennis court and table tennis to spend a nice evening.

This is a three-storey building although the accommodation comprises floors 1 and 2. The main floor offers an impressive living-dining room -with TV-sat and a decorative wood stove- open to the kitchen which is equipped with a gas cooktop, AC and dining area. Next, you will find two large rooms with aircon, one with a great rustic table and the other with a desk in case you need to dedicate some time to work or study. In order to complete this floor, you find 4 bedrooms with a closet each -two with double bed and the other two with twin beds- as well as bathroom with a tub and another (en-suite) bathroom with a jetted shower. The corridor to the bedrooms is air-conditioned. On the second floor there is another bedroom with a double bed, AC and an bathroom with a bath. A baby cot, a high-chair and 5 fans also are available. The laundry room offers a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

Llubí is a family village located in the centre of the island with all needed services like bars, supermarket, restaurants, etc. It's only 16.6 km away from the nearest beach, Es Capellans in Can Picafort. The capital, Palma de Mallorca is also very near, about 30 km away.

The ground floor (on the pool level) comprises a garage that is not available for guests.
There is exterior parking space for 2 cars.
