A 9m x 3.5m salt water pool with a depth ranging from 0.5m to 1.8m has unobstructed views over the countryside. Afterwards, take a exterior shower and lay down on one of the ten sun loungers, simply enjoy your holiday! At the entrance, a big porch is the perfect spot for great al fresco dining, maybe a tasty barbecue? The plot is fenced and there are no direct neighbors.

This house offers a second home on 350m2 and two floors and interiors are decorated in typical Cottage Style. The porch gives access to a huge room comprising a living and dining area as well as a fully equipped kitchen with electric oven, gas hob and everything else you may need to cook up a feast. Air conditioning and a TV with satellite channels are available. During autumn, you can sit down next to the fireplace, reading your favorite book. In the evening, you may fancy moving back a bit and enjoy the tranquility of the second living room.

Two bedrooms with pool views - one with two twin beds and the other with a double bed and a bath en suite with bathtub - are on the ground floor. Apart, there's a separate shower bath.

The first floor comprises two bedrooms with a double bed and shower bath en-suite each, both overlooking the pool and the countryside. The remaining two bedrooms on that floor have no bath en-suite; one counts with two single beds and the second with a double bed. Two bedrooms on the first storey share a non-furnished terrace and five of the six rooms have a own closet. There is A/C in the big living-dining room with kitchen and in five of the six bedrooms.

Located in the heart of the island, Costitx is a genuine town with only 1200 inhabitants. The center is 4 km away and time seems to be standing still. The market takes place on Saturday where fresh fruits, vegetables and other groceries from the local farmers is offered. There are a few nice bars and restaurants. A car is necessary and a 30 minutes' drive takes you to the north coast and to dreamlike sand beaches as Can Picafort or Puerto de Alcúdia.
