Welcome to this charming rustic villa located in the countryside of Felanitx. It is prepared for 14 persons + 2 extras. There are two houses on the plot: the main house for 8-10 persons and the guest house for 6 persons.
The fantastic outdoor area counts with a 6 m x 11 m chlorine pool (the depth steeps up slowly from 1-2m), 14 sun beds, fruit trees, a balcony, a well-furnished porch and an outdoor living room with a dining table and a wood stove.

The main house is a 2-storey house of 242m2. There are 4 spacious bedrooms: one on the ground floor with a double bed and three on the first floor, with two individual beds each (one with an en-suite shower bathroom). All bedrooms count with air conditioning. There is a double sofa bed in a secondary living room on the first floor, offering the possibility to sleep up to 10 persons. On request, there are two baby beds and high chairs available. Apart from the en-suite bathroom, there is another bathroom for general use on the first floor and one on the ground floor (both with a shower).

On the ground floor you will find a cozy, big living room with a fire place, 2 comfortable sofas, 2 arm chairs and satellite TV. The dining room with kitchenette counts with a large rustic table. In the kitchenette you will find all necessary utensils to prepare a great family dinner.

The guest house is a ground floor only. It has 3 bed rooms: 2 with two individual beds each, and 1 with a double bed. All bedrooms count with air conditioning. There are two bathrooms with shower. The living- and dining room with kitchenette counts with a sofa, a fire place and a dining table. The kitchenette works on gas and is fully equipped.

The villa is situated at 3km from Felanitx, where you will find everything you need for your holiday. On Sundays, there is a market with local products, all kinds of craft, fruit, vegetables, etc. On Saturdays, you can visit the market in Santanyí.

The area around the house is particularly rural and perfect for hiking, cycling and long walks. You will surely enjoy a visit to Castell Santueri and the hermitage of Sant Salvador. The golf course of Vall d’Or is 11km away.

Only a few kilometers away, you will find the most beautiful coves: Cala d’Or, Cala Mondragó, Cala Figuera, Cala Murada, Cala Mandia, Cala Anguila, etc. Discover Porto Cristo, with its animated sea promenade, the quiet zone of Portocolom or the Natural Parc of Mondragó with its crystal clear waters.

Note: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According this law the property is available for seasonal renting. However, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use of the property.

Note: We do not accept youth groups under 25 years for this villa. We will ask for copies of all Passports, in order to confirm your reservation.
