Welcome to this traditional Majorcan countryside house with capacity for 12 people. This 350 m2 property is located in the quiet area of Sencelles in a plot of 30000 m2.
The exteriors of this property are absolutely wonderful! There is a 4 x 11 meters pool with a children pool, a furnished porch where you can organize an afternoon snack and sun lounges to get you best summer tan. The kids will love to play freely in the 140 m2 lawn area as the finca is all fenced; there are also a BBQ and different areas where you will be able to organize a big meal with your family and friends while enjoying the views to the mountains. There is a water deposit which cannot be used as a pool. You will find space in the plot to park your car. There's also an outdoor toilet.
This property consists of a main building and a secondary house.
The main living room has a comfy sofa where you will be able to relax watching Smart TV, surfing the Internet or having a little nap. In the dining room there is a big table and chairs so you can organize a meal with your family and friends. The kitchen is equipped with vitro, oven, blender, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, fridge with freezer and a lot more. You will also find washing machine, iron and ironing board. In the small house you will also find a dining-living room with AC.
The main building has 4 double bedrooms: two with a double bed and two with two single beds each. In the secondary house you will find one bedroom with a double bed and one with two single beds. All bedrooms have AC, except one that has an AC device at the corridor, just by the door. There are 3 bathrooms in the main building (one of them with hydro massage bathtub) and 1 bathroom in the second house.
As for the small house, there is also a 25 m2 living-dining room with a sofa and two armchairs, and a table with space for six people to eat. This space also has air conditioning and a TV with chromecast.
The house is located 2.4 km away from Sencelles, an area of the middle of the island, so it’s very well connected, tourism is not very common and it’s settled mainly by locals. In Sencelles you will find supermarkets, pharmacy, ATM, bars and restaurants. In only 30 minutes by car you will reach the beach of Ses Casetes des Capellans and Can Picafort. Have a nice say at the beach and go for lunch to one of the restaurants with sea views, where you can try paella! Can Picafort promenade has a lively environment and contrasts with the tranquility of Playas de Muro. Close by you will find Puerto de Alcudia and Pollença.

15 guests reviewed this property. Hat alles reibungslos funktioniert! Die Finca war ein Traum. Vor allem der Garten ließ keine Wünsche offen. Das Anwesen ist sehr gepflegt. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: Die Betten sind sehr klein und die Matratzen etwas unbequem.Der Hund, von dessen Anwesenheit wir anfangs etwas "überrascht" waren, hat uns und vor allem den Kindern ebenfalls viel Freude bereitet. Er ist absolut gut erzogen, er folgt und ist einfach ein wahnsinnig liebenswerter Kerl. Man hat uns angeboten, den Hund abzuholen, aber schon am 2. Tag wollten wir uns nicht mehr von ihm trennen!
Everything worked smoothly! The finca was a dream. The garden in particular left nothing to be desired. The property is very well maintained. The only small point of criticism: the beds are very small and the mattresses are a bit uncomfortable. The dog, whose presence initially surprised us, also brought us and especially the children a lot of joy. He's absolutely well behaved, he follows along and is just an incredibly lovely guy. We were offered to pick up the dog, but by the second day we didn't want to part with him anymore!

We have all had the most amazing holiday! 3 families with 5 children aged 1-11, had everything we needed. Loads of space - the pool was amazing there was even a little football pitch! Aircon in every room, all the amenities you need! The location is absolutely beautiful, breath taking views. Right in the middle of Majorca so only half an hour to palma or Alcúdia! Or you can go into Inca which is 20 minutes away! A car is needed. Thanks again for an amazing stay! We will see you soon xx

See more A truly fantastic villa with incredible views. Everything is clearly often replaced because the sun beds etc. seemed new. Spotlessly clean and very well equipped. An amazing round dining table outside and a magnificent pool. The village with charming restaurants hidden away down side streets is close by. Would thoroughly recommend to a family or group of friends.

A great place for a family with kids or the extended family. Pool is great, it has a shallower end and a deeper end -- good place for kids to learn to swim. The house has a few cats, a dog and even a donkey! They stay outside, so our allergic family members had no problems. We loved the view and the barbeque. The location is very good, the Senchelles town is about 15 minute walk away (couple of minutes by car) and it has good restaurants.

vom checkin, über die kommunikation, bishin zu unterkunft, pool und ungebubg war alles bestens. es war ein toller sommerurlaub bei unglaublichen wetter, sobald man das tor zur unterkunft passiert befindet man sich in einer neuen welt. wir waren alle sehr zufrieden (6 erwachsene, 5 kleine kinder). das nahegelegene sencelles bietet sowohl einen einkaufsmarkt als auch 2 nette lokale und palma liegt nur 20 min entfernt.
From check-in, to communication, to accommodation, pool and friendliness, everything was great. It was a great summer holiday with incredible weather, as soon as you pass the gate to the accommodation you are in a new world. We were all very satisfied (6 adults, 5 small children). The nearby Sencelles has both a shopping market and 2 nice restaurants and Palma is only 20 minutes away.

Das Haus bietet Platz für 12 Personen und hat ein sehr großes Areal, so dass jeder auch seinen Platz zum Ausruhen findet ohne aufeinander zu hängen. Super war die Klimaanalage. Allerdings hat mich persönlich der Hund vor Ort gestört, der auch die Schwimmflügel zerbissen hat und den Ball am Pool von den Kindern kaputt gemacht hat (leider gab es keine Schwimmflügel Erstattung von den Vermietern!). Wer keine Tiere mag (hier gabe es auch eine Katze die ins Haus kam) hat hier ein Problem. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett. Das Haus lag in der Corona Zeit super einsam, für das nächste Mal würde ich mir aber ein Haus in Strandnähe suchen, da dieser mind. 20-25 min entfernt war. Aber das wussten wir ja vorher. Sonst super für Familien mit genügend Auslauf. Es gab sogar durch die Palmen mittags Schatten im Pool, mit der Liege findet man immer einen schattigen Platz. Auf der Terrasse war es auch sehr schattig durch die beiden Sonnensegel. Perfekt wäre eine Aussenküche gewesen, zumindest ein Kühlschrank (so musste man immer in die Küche laufen denn bei der Hitze waren die Getränke schnell warm wenn man am Pool sitzt).
The house offers space for 12 people and has a very large area, so that everyone can find their place to relax without depending on each other. The air conditioning was great. However, I personally was bothered by the dog on site, who also bit the water wings and broke the children's ball at the pool (unfortunately there was no reimbursement for the water wings from the landlord!). Anyone who doesn't like animals (there was also a cat that came into the house) has a problem here. The landlords were very nice. The house was super lonely during the Corona period, but next time I would look for a house near the beach, as it was at least 20-25 minutes away. But we knew that beforehand. Otherwise great for families with enough exercise. There was even shade in the pool at midday from the palm trees, and you can always find a shady spot with the lounger. It was also very shady on the terrace thanks to the two awnings. An outside kitchen would have been perfect, at least a refrigerator (so you always had to run to the kitchen because in the heat the drinks quickly warmed up when you sat by the pool).

The host had thoughtfully left us things like oil, pasta, and milk to help get us started. If you are looking for a quiet place for a group or family vacation this house is highly recommended.

See more La finca tiene mucho encanto, puede parecer un poco viejo el mobiliario pero al final tiene su encanto. Todo tipico mallorquin, muchos cuadros antiguos, mobiliario y telas muy mallorquin tambien, pero impeccable todo ! Se ve que todo está perfectamente en su sitio, no falto nada. Referente a la zona exterior, todo al milímetro cuidado, las palmeras los árboles la piscina,... perfecto !! Mucho mas bonito que en las fotos todo, el único bemol que se podría decir es que la casa en si le falta luz, pero se agradece en verano con el calor que llega a hacer. Hay una persona que todos los días viene por la tarde para riegar o preguntar si todo bien, muy amable, y trae también mucha seguridad. Nos lo hemos pasado muy bien, y sin duda volveremos ! ÇMuchas gracias por todo ! Mi familia lo ha pasado muy bien en esa finca, destacada por su encanto, la limpieza y lo bien que esta todo mantenido, fue todo genial, de hecho mis padres algun dia quieren volver a alquilarla.
The property has a lot of charm, the furniture may seem a little old but in the end it has its charm. Everything is typical Mallorcan, many old paintings, furniture and fabrics that are also very Mallorcan, but everything is impeccable! It seems that everything is perfectly in place, nothing is missing. Regarding the outdoor area, everything has been taken care of to the millimeter, the palm trees, the trees, the pool,... perfect!! Everything is much prettier than in the photos, the only negative thing that could be said is that the house itself lacks light, but it is appreciated in summer with how hot it gets. There is a person who comes every day in the afternoon to water or ask if everything is okay, very friendly, and also brings a lot of security. We had a great time, and we will definitely return! Thank you very much for everything! My family has had a great time in that property, highlighted by its charm, cleanliness and how well everything is maintained, everything was great, in fact my parents want to rent it again one day.

The pool is a great place to relax, the feeling of space and tranquillity is fantastic and the views are stunning and constantly changing. It is a place that feels like home to visitors of all ages from toddlers to pensioners. Phillippe, the gardener is a friendly and welcoming face and it was good to meet him again and to have fun with Perla who was a puppy when we last came. We would be very happy to come again. The only slight criticism concerns the the steps leading from the pool to the lawn area. They are potentially dangerous particularly in wet conditions - 3 members of our party slipped and fell on them. Perhaps a warning sign or access through a gate would help. Overall, though, it is a wonderful place and I am delighted to have celebrated a landmark birthday with all my family.

The finca is so close and handy to everywhere! And right in the wine region too. Sencelles is a delightful little village too. We'll be back for sure!!! LOVED it.It was absolutely stunning. So peaceful, authentic, clean and so lovely and rustic. You do a very good job of maintaining such a lovely large property.
