Villa Son san marti

Located in the north, near Muro and Can Picafort, this lovely villa with private pool and garden offers accommodation to 8 guests.
The 13m x 6m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 0.9m to 2.5m is private. Spend a lazy afternoon basking in the sun on one of the six loungers and take a refreshing exterior shower in between times. Trees and parasols provide shade during the hottest hours. There's a porch where to enjoy great al fresco dining or reading a good book in the garden swing. Depending on the season, you will be able to harvest fresh lemons and oranges from the trees. During the afternoon, you can organize a ping-pong family tournament. This fenced house is located in a quiet zone with a few neighbours.

The interior is decorated in a typical Majorcan Style with wooden beams. It has retained many ancient features from its past like the furniture and paintings. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a gas hob, a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There are two bedrooms with a double bed each, a bath with bathtub and a bedroom with two single beds on the ground floor. The upper floor comprises two bedrooms with two single beds each and a bath with bathtub. All bedrooms have A/C; a cot and a high chair can be provided upon request. The owner has paid great attention to the environment and has installed solar cells.

A short drive takes you to Can Picafort and to the fine grained sand beach. During the summer, it gets a lively place where you'll not only enjoy the beach but also a great offer of shops, cafés, restaurants and leisure activities. Your kids will enjoy playing on the playground or riding a pony. The adjoining beach of Playa de Muro is a natural zone with white sand. There's market on Sunday in Muro and Sa Pobla where you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables. Furthermore, you can visit the Caves of Campanet, the Natural Park of S'Albufera and the Waterpark Hidropark in Puerto de Alcúdia.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season .The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay.
