Modern two-storey detached house, for up to 8 people, located in the countryside and in the coastal area of the Costa dels Pins, in Son Servera. It offers views of the countryside, the sea and the mountains.

The outdoor spaces are wonderful, with large gardens. There is a chlorinated pool of 11 x 3 m. If you wish you can install a protection around the pool for children’s safety. You can relax in any of the 8 deck-chairs the solarium has. If you like cooking and having meals outdoors, there is a mobile barbecue and a porch furnished with a table and chairs.

Upon accessing the house, there is a large hall and the living-dining room and the open-plan kitchen. In the comfortable living room you can unwind from the daily routine by reading a good book, watching satellite TV, listening to music or watching a DVD movie. Going down two steps there is the dining area furnished for 12 people. The modern open-plan kitchen is fully-equipped, with glass-ceramic hob. The laundry is separate and has a washing machine, a dryer, an ironing board and an iron. There are four bedrooms (two on the ground floor and two on the first floor). Two of the bedrooms are twin’ and two doubles (located in an open room, without door, with limited privacy). All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and three of them have wardrobes. There are three full bathrooms -two on the ground floor (one with bath and one en-suite with a hot tub) and one on the first floor (en-suite with shower). The house is equipped with 10 radiators and 5 air conditionings with heat pump.

This house is located in a privileged area, in the east of Mallorca, just 1 km from Costa dels Pins. This area is well-connected with many entertainment venues from where it is easy to access different coves and beaches (within 6 km).The village of Son Servera is just 4 km from the house, where many restaurants and shops are located. If you love golf, this is an ideal location because there are two golf courses nearby (within 4 km).
Both in Cala Millor and Cala Ratjada you will find plenty of pubs and clubs to enjoy nightlife. Do not miss a visit to Capdepera’s castle, the safari in Porto Cristo and the Caves of Drach, a set of four caves connected to each other formed by the action of the water inlet of the Mediterranean Sea. There is a large underground lake called Lake Martel (Llac Martel), about 115 m long and 30 m wide, where classical music concerts are offered daily. You can cross the lake by boat when the concert finishes. The east coast of the island, full of different coves and beaches, can comfortably be explored thanks to boat trips.
