Enjoy sea views while swimming in the 7.5m x 3m salt water pool with a depth between 0.5m to 1.5m. Enjoy a lazy afternoon basking in the sun on one of the four loungers or prepare tasty meals on the barbecue. After a long day on the beach, you can take a refreshing exterior shower. This is a semi-detached house and there are direct neighbours.

Indoors, a precious sitting-dining room with air conditioning invites you to sit down on the sofa and watch a film on the satellite-TV. If you fancy cooking your own meals, open to this space there's a fully equipped kitchen with vitro hob and all necessary utensils for preparing a feast, washing machine, iron and ironing board. You can rest in three bedrooms with A/C and closet. One of them, on the first floor, has a double bed, a shower bath en-suite and a terrace with sea views. The other two, on floor -1, have two single beds and a small window because are underground. There's an independent bathroom on floor -1, fitted with shower cabin. A cot and a high chair are available.

Son Serra de Marina is a quiet and nice coastal town in the north of Mallorca. The beach is partly sandy, partly rocky and you can make lots of excursions along the beach, for example to the Finca Son Real or to Colonia de Sant Pere. On Son Serra de Marinas' beach there's a good restaurant. More services and shops can be found in Can Picafort, a 10 minutes' drive by car.
