Beautiful country house for 6 people with private pool in Santa Margarita
You will spend an unforgettable holiday in this country idyllic environment close to the beach in this incredible house. Cool down the summer hot in this beautiful salt pool which sizes 10 x 5 meters and has a depth that goes from 0.8 to 2 meters. You can also sunbathe on one of the sunbeds or protect yourself from the sun under the umbrella. the house has several outside corners where you will disconnect and enjoy the peace and the quietness of the countryside. Maybe you feel like a bike excursion? There are several bikes available at the house. Under the porch you can have a snack before having lunch or have dinner outdoors enjoying the environment and the wonderful views. The res also a ping pong table. The property is fenced and there are no many neighbours around so privacy is total.

The 250 m2 is divided into 2 floor. When you get in, the modern and comfortable style will make you to feel at home.On the ground floor you can have a rest in the modern and luminous living room on one of its sofas or armchairs while you watch TV Sat or coll down with the air conditioning. By the living room, you will find a little dining area where you'll go on enjoying the views. The beautiful eat-in kitchen has a induction cooker, and it is fully equipped, ideal to cook in company since it has a dining table for 6 people and also access to the outside terrace. Also on the ground floor you will find the first of the bedrooms with a double bed, closet and air conditioning, as well as an en suite bathroom with a shower. We have also a bathroom with a shower on this floor.

Upstairs we find the other two bedrooms, both with an en suite bathroom and air conditioning. one of the has a double bed and the other has two single beds. If you are travelling with a baby a cot and a high char are also available. In the house you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board, as well as 4 bicycles which can be used free of charge.

The house is very close to the beach, only 10 kms away from Son Serra de Marina, a quiet rocky and sandy beach , ideal for families. All basic services can be found in the town, Santa Margalida, only 2 kms away. You can also visit Alcudia and its port, and enjoy restaurants, bars, shops and water sports.

Eine tolle Unterkunft, alles super sauber und gepflegt. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Auch toll für kleinere Kinder mit dem grossen Sandkasten im Schatten.

Wir hatten 10 wundervolle Tage in der Finca Son Vador.Alles war wie auf den Bildern dargestellt, sehr sauber, gepflegt und bestens ausgestattet.Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt, eine der besten Unterkünfte die wir je hatten und wir fahren häufig in Ferienhäuser oder Wohnungen.Vielen Dank wir kommen wieder!

We had 10 wonderful days at Finca Son Vador. Everything was as shown in the pictures, very clean, well maintained and well equipped. We immediately felt at home, one of the best accommodations we've ever had and we often go to holiday homes or apartments. Thank you very much, we will be back!

Tolle Finca in ruhiger Umgebung. Perfekt zum Entspannen und „mal abschalten“. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und an Ausstattung war alles da. Der Pool war perfekt und auch das Grundstück liegt sehr privat, mit einer tollen Aussicht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Die Finca hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Gut ausgestattet, tolle ruhige Lage auf einem Hügel mit Blick auf die Landschaft. Die nächsten Strände liegen 10 Minuten (mit dem Auto) entfernt. Der Gastgeber hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und war hilfreich mit Empfehlungen und hat flexibel auf Anfragen reagiert. Auch war der Kühlschrank schon beim Empfang mit dem nötigsten (Obst, Käse, Marmelade, Wasser ..) befüllt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!

The finca fully met our expectations. Well equipped, great quiet location on a hill overlooking the countryside. The nearest beaches are 10 minutes away (by car). The host gave us a very friendly welcome and was helpful with recommendations and responded flexibly to inquiries. The fridge was also filled with the essentials (fruit, cheese, jam, water...) at the reception. We'd love to come back!!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Finka sehr genießen können. Es ist vor Ort zu 100% wie auf den Bildern, das gibt es selten. Das Grundstück liegt fern ab der Straße und ist damit absolut etwas für Ruhesuchende. Die Finka ist super ausgestattet, es bleiben kaum Wünsche offen. Unterm Strich hatten wir kaum ein gesteigertes Bedürfnis auf viele Unternehmungen. Natürlich macht man sie trotzdem. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und haben alle das en Suite Bad, das macht es für mehrere Personen super handelbar. Besonders erwähnen wollen wir die echten Blumen im Haus selbst, das hat einen unglaublichen Charme und spricht für die Fürsorge. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen und absolut nichts anders machen. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft.

We really enjoyed our stay in the Finka. On site it is 100% like in the pictures, which is rare. The property is located far away from the road and is therefore absolutely something for those seeking peace and quiet. The finka is superbly equipped, leaving little to be desired. The bottom line is that we hardly had an increased need for many activities. Of course you do them anyway. The rooms are spacious and all have en suite bathrooms, which makes it great for several people. We would particularly like to mention the real flowers in the house itself, which has an incredible charm and speaks for the care. We would definitely come back and do absolutely nothing differently. Thank you for the hospitality.

Das Haus war sogar schöner als auf den Bildern. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Viel Platz und Ruhe. Wunderschönes Gelände rundherum und eine schöne Sicht auf die Umgebung. Wir hatten eine traumhafte Urlaubswoche. Da wir an einen Feiertag angereist sind, lagen für uns im Haus sogar ein paar Sachen zum Essen wie Obst, Brot, Schinken und Käse, außerdem ein paar Flaschen Wasser. Herzlichen Dank dafür!

The house was even nicer than in the pictures. We felt super comfortable. Lots of space and peace. Beautiful terrain all around and a beautiful view of the surrounding area. We had a wonderful week of vacation. Since we arrived on a public holiday, there were even a few things in the house for us to eat, such as fruit, bread, ham and cheese, as well as a few bottles of water. Thank you very much for that!

We loved our stay at Son Vador. The property was immaculate and the pool was perfect on those hot summer days. The location was great, whether it was a short drive to the beach or touring the many nearby towns. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in Son Vador for a week in July as a family of 6 (4 adults and 2 children) and had a very relaxing time. When we arrived the house was immaculately clean, every corner of it. We were delighted to find the fridge had been filled with many fruits, snacks and beverages , which makes the arrival so easy especially with young children. The owners were very kind and friendly they even personally delivered the baby kit (cotbed, baby bath and high chair) and made sure we had everything we needed. The house is very spacious, bright and well ventilated. It has air conditioning in all rooms which is helpful as it is quite exposed to the sun. The bathrooms look brand new, apparently the renovation has only been done 3 years ago. The property overlooks the valley and is quite large, so there are literally no neighbours around. It is very well located, only 10 min from the beautiful Muro beach and many supermarket options in Can Picafort, yet it feels in the countryside. We have rented several holiday houses over the years but this one was particularly well equipped. Whether in the kitchen, with really good branded appliances, or in the laundry room, we found everything we were looking for and even more. The best surprise was all the outdoor games available (table tennis, table football, basketball , small football pitch) as well as a shaded playing area for younger children (swings, sandpit, beach toys, kiddies house), as none of this was advertised in the description of the house nor in the pictures, but provided many hours of entertainment. A big bonus were the bikes available in the garage (and many tools to adjust) one including a baby seat at the back. We cycled to the nearby local village and had a great time stopping to see the sheep and other animals on the roads. The “infinity” type pool is beautiful and cleaned regularly. The waste is collected every other day which is also very handy. Overall Son Vador provided the perfect setting for a wonderful family holiday!

Wir haben drei tolle Wochen in der Finca erlebt, 4 Personen mit 2 kleinen Kindern. Wir verreisen regelmäßig in Ferienhäuser mit Pool und das war von der Ausstattung und vom Außengelände her die mit Abstand beste Villa, in der wir je waren. Das Gelände ist äußerst großzügig und sehr gepflegt. Für Kinder ist alles vorhanden (Sandkasten, Kletter Wand, Pool Zubehör, Kinderbett, Treppengitter).Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und modern. Eine wohltuende Abwechslung im Vergleich zu den sonstigen Einrichtung in Fincas auf Mallorca. Der Müll wird regelmäßig weggebracht, man muss sich nicht selber drum kümmern. Eine Bäckerei ist in 5 Minuten Entfernung, ebenso kleine Supermärkte und sonst in 10 Minuten alles in Can Picafort. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder.

We had three great weeks in the finca, 4 people with 2 small children. We regularly travel to holiday homes with a pool and this was by far the best villa we've ever been in in terms of the facilities and the outdoor area. The grounds are extremely spacious and very well maintained. Everything is available for children (sandpit, climbing wall, pool accessories, cot, stair gate). The furnishings are very tasteful and modern. A pleasant change compared to the other facilities in fincas on Mallorca. The rubbish is taken away regularly, so you don't have to worry about it yourself. A bakery is 5 minutes away, as are small supermarkets and everything else in Can Picafort is 10 minutes away. We would definitely like to come back.

Wir verbrachten 10 wunderschöne Tage in einer extrem gepflegten, mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichteten Finca. Das Anwesen liegt sehr schön ruhig, auf einer Erhebung, inmitten vieler Olivenbäume. Man ist völlig alleine, bis auf die Schafe, denen man immer mal wieder zuschauen kann. Die Finca ist für andere nicht einsehbar, besitzt einen wunderbar, gepflegten Pool, Außendusche, viele Spielmöglichkeiten, ausreichend Liege- und Sitzmöglichkeiten. Auch für Schatten ist gesorgt. Man kann alle Mahlzeiten draußen einnehmen. Ein gemauerter Grill ist vorhanden. Ein absolutes Plus sind die 4 Fahrräder, sowie Helme für Erwachsene und Kinder. Toller Service! Der Innenbereichen ist sehr großzügig, man hat bei dem Umbau nicht gespart. Eine tolle Symbiose des alten Steinhauses mit moderner Innenausstattung. Sehr gepflegte, moderne Bäder, ausreichend Handtücher und Bettwäsche. Unglaublich toll war auch der Hauswirtschaftsraum, was jede Hausfrau erfreuen wird. Von Waschmaschine, Trockner über Staubsauger, Besen, Handfeger, Eimer und Wäscheklammern, war alles da. Die Eigentümer sind unheimlich nett und man kann sie jederzeit kontaktieren, wenn etwas fehlen sollte. Allerdings fällt uns gerade nichts ein, was wir bemängeln könnten. Hervorheben möchten wir noch die Sauberkeit, alles war blitzsauber! Wir fühlten uns bei Ankunft sofort wohl. Es stand frisches Obst bereit, der Kühlschrank war mit den wichtigsten Dingen bestückt und auch ein mallorkinischer Kuchen wartete auf uns. Wir können diese schöne Finca Son Vador/Son Niu nur weiterempfehlen und freuen uns, wenn wir wieder einmal Gast sein dürfen. Ein wunderschönes Anwesen, auf einem tollen Fleck einer immer wieder gerne besuchten Insel.

We spent 10 wonderful days in an extremely well-kept finca furnished with great attention to detail. The property is in a very quiet location, on a hill, in the middle of many olive trees. You are completely alone, except for the sheep, which you can watch from time to time. The finca cannot be seen by others, has a wonderful, well-maintained pool, outdoor shower, lots of play options, and plenty of lounge and seating options. Shade is also provided. You can eat all meals outside. A brick grill is available. An absolute plus are the 4 bicycles and helmets for adults and children. Great service! The interior is very spacious and no savings were made in the renovation. A great symbiosis of the old stone house with modern interior design. Very well-kept, modern bathrooms, sufficient towels and bed linen. The utility room was also incredibly great, which every housewife will be happy about. From washing machine, dryer to vacuum cleaner, broom, hand brush, bucket and clothes pegs, everything was there. The owners are incredibly nice and you can contact them at any time if something is missing. However, we can't think of anything to complain about at the moment. We would also like to emphasize the cleanliness, everything was sparkling clean! We immediately felt at home upon arrival. There was fresh fruit available, the fridge was stocked with the most important things and a Mallorcan cake was also waiting for us. We can only recommend this beautiful finca Son Vador/Son Niu and look forward to being guests again. A beautiful property, in a great spot on an island that is often visited.

Die Finca ist mega.Wir waren mit den Eltern und unseren Kindern (4/2/2 Jahre alt) dort und hatten einen wundervollen Urlaub. Die Finca ist modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und entspricht den Fotos aus der Anzeige. Jedes der drei Schlafräume hat direkt Dusche und WC mit im Zimmer. Ein separates Duschbad ist zusätzlich im EG vorhanden, welches auch direkten Zugang zum Garten hat. Die Supermärkte Bip Bip und Spar sind in Santa Margalida (5 Min.) und Eroski in Can Picafort (ca. 12 Min.) erreichbar. Als Tipp für diejenigen, die mal nicht kochen möchten: Das Restaurant El Turo ist um die Ecke und bietet ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.Einziger Nachteil war, dass 14 Tage lang keiner geputzt hat.Tgl. wurde der Pool gesäubert, aber nicht einmal das Haus oder wenigstens Bad und Böden.Insgesamt mega.

The finca is mega. We were there with our parents and our children (4/2/2 years old) and had a wonderful holiday. The finca is modern and tastefully furnished and corresponds to the photos in the advertisement. Each of the three bedrooms has a shower and toilet directly in the room. There is also a separate shower room on the ground floor, which also has direct access to the garden. The supermarkets Bip Bip and Spar can be reached in Santa Margalida (5 minutes) and Eroski in Can Picafort (approx. 12 minutes). As a tip for those who don't want to cook: The El Turo restaurant is around the corner and offers good value for money. The only disadvantage was that no one cleaned for 14 days. Daily. The pool was cleaned, but not even the house or at least the bathroom and floors. Overall great.

Het ruime huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en ligt heerlijk rustig op een enorm landgoed. De privacy is er super. Het uitzicht is fraai. De slaapkamers zijn ruim en hebben allemaal een eigen toilet en douche. Alles is modern ingericht. De schoonmaak was dik in orde. Supermarkten liggen op fietsafstand en het is leuk om dit op de aanwezige fietsen te doen. Can Picanfort is 10 minuten met de auto, Alcudia 15-20 minuten. De ligging van het huis is wat ons betreft ideaal. Het zwembad en buitendouche zijn prima, net als het grote terras. De tuin is geweldig. De tafeltennistafel hebben we vaak gebruikt. De wifi was niet voortreffelijk, maar op zich wel te doen.

The spacious house is fully equipped and is located in a wonderfully quiet area on a huge estate. The privacy is great. The view is beautiful. The bedrooms are spacious and all have their own toilet and shower. Everything is modernly furnished. The cleaning was perfectly fine. Supermarkets are within cycling distance and it is fun to do this on the available bicycles. Can Picanfort is 10 minutes by car, Alcudia 15-20 minutes. The location of the house is ideal in our opinion. The swimming pool and outdoor shower are great, as is the large terrace. The garden is great. We often used the table tennis table. The WiFi was not excellent, but it was doable.

Voor de tweede keer hebben we deze fraaie villa geboekt. Wederom was dat naar volle tevredenheid. De omgeving was nu een stuk mooier/groener dan in oktober. Het zwembadwater was wel wat kouder, maar de warme buitendouche doet wonderen. De wifi was nu wel prima. De eigenaar neemt tips blijkbaar heel serieus. Dat blijkt ook uit het feit dat een van de fietsen een lekke band kreeg, maar dit vrijwel direct is hersteld. Kortom, het was weer heerlijk! Echt een aanrader als je van rust en privacy houdt. Winkels zijn namelijk vlakbij en ook restaurants etc. liggen binnen bereik. Een auto is v.w.b. het laatste dan wel noodzakelijk.

We have booked this beautiful villa for the second time. Once again it was to our complete satisfaction. The area was now a lot nicer/greener than in October. The pool water was a bit colder, but the warm outdoor shower works wonders. The WiFi was fine now. The owner apparently takes tips very seriously. This is also evident from the fact that one of the bicycles got a flat tire, but this was repaired almost immediately. In short, it was delicious again! Highly recommended if you like peace and privacy. Shops are nearby and restaurants, etc. are also within reach. A car is necessary for the latter.

Wir hatten einen perfekten Urlaub in dieser wunderschönen Villa/Finca. Der Pool ist ein Traum, im Haus fehlt es an nichts, die Eigentümer waren beim Check-In und Check-Out vor Ort und sind ganz toll, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie haben uns zum Start unseres Urlaubs die wichtigsten Leckereien in den Kühlschrank gepackt und frisches Obst bereit gestellt. Der Ort Santa Margalida ist mit dem Auto in ca. 5 min. zu erreichen und dort gibt es die wichtigsten Dinge wie Supermärkte etc. Die Finca hat eine super Ausstattung und alles in einem Top Zustand. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier wohnen und die Ruhe geniessen. Am liebsten wären wir direkt dort geblieben.

We had a perfect holiday in this beautiful villa/finca. The pool is a dream, there is nothing missing in the house, the owners were on site at check-in and check-out and are great, friendly and helpful. At the start of our vacation, they packed the most important treats in the fridge and provided fresh fruit. The town of Santa Margalida can be reached by car in about 5 minutes and there you will find the most important things such as supermarkets etc. The finca has great facilities and everything is in top condition. We would live here again at any time and enjoy the peace and quiet. We would have preferred to stay there straight away.
