The exterior areas of this property are very special. You will find a chlorine pool with dimensions of 11 m x 4 m and a depth ranging from 0.8 m to 2.5 m. You can relax sunbathing on the sun loungers around the pool or have a good time with your family or friends in different seatings around the house where you can enjoy a good, open air breakfast or dinner. You can also prepare delicious meals on the barbecue, situated under the porch of 20 m2, and finish with delicious cocktails, prepared in the mini-bar in the garden. Various fruit trees are available depending on the season: orange, lemon, cherry, loquat, among others.

This picturesque accommodation is ditributed over two floors. On the ground floor there is a spacious and bright living-dining room, with air conditioning and wood stove, where you can spend some pleasant moments. In the independent kithcen with vitro you find everything you might need to cook during your stay. The laundry has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The house counts with 4 fans. One Baby cot and a highchair are available on request. On this floor you will find 2 bedrooms; one with a double bed and one with a double bed and air conditioning. There is also a colorful bathroom with shower. On the upper floor there is one bedroom with two single beds, air conditioning and access to a small terrace with a pond; and a bathroom with bathtub.

The house is just 2 km from Sa Pobla where you will find everything you need during your stay: supermarkets, medical center, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, etc. We recommend you to visit the beautiful town of Pollença, with its cobbled streets and small shops that give a charming atmosphere to the village. Climb the 365 steps to reach the Calvari, and enjoy the spectacular views it offers. If what you search for is the beach of fine san, relax and sunbathe, you can visit the beaches of Playa de Muro and Can Picafort, where you will find also variety of bars and restaurants with delicious meal and spectacular views. You can also visit the area of Alcudia and its etraordinary coves of crystalline water.
