Traditional Mallorcan country house with nice private pool in Sa Pobla for 8 people.
The house is situated within a plot surrounded by agricultural production land, which makes it very special. It has a beautiful chlorine pool of 9x4m and 0.90 to 2m deep, with a large terrace with sunbeds and a chill-out area from where to enjoy clear views in the close vast countryside. The house offers you two fantastic furnished porches, where you can enjoy a rich family barbecue.

The spacious house is completely adapted for people with disabilities and has all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. Decorated in a traditional Mallorcan style, it has a large living room with satellite TV and air conditioning, a kitchen with ceramic hob, and four bedrooms with wardrobe and air conditioning, two with double bed and two with two single beds. If you are traveling with a baby, we provide you a cot and a highchair. Two shared bathrooms with bathtub or shower complete the house. There is, of course, washing machine, iron and ironing board.

This villa is located in Sa Pobla, a quiet village full of restaurants, bars and other services that will make your stay independent. On Sundays, its traditional market is celebrated with local products. Just 15 minutes by car you will find one of the best beaches on the island, the beach of Puerto de Alcúdia. It is an extensive beach with crystalline waters and fine sand, ideal for water sports.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.

You will have to pay the deposit amount at the arrival to the owner.
