Magnificent old Mallorcan farmhouse from mid-fifteenth century in Campos, renovated in 2010. It can accommodate up to 10 people.
In the amazing exteriors you can find a large garden of 1800 m2, which surrounds the house including the pool, a huge grass area and a stunning Mediterranean garden with fruit trees and the most representative native species. Enjoy the long summer evenings and eating under the porch of 60 m2 equipped with table and chairs and very close to the barbecue area. Private, chlorine pool has a size of 9 x 4 m with a depth ranging from 1 to 2 m. It has also lights if you want to swim at night. There are also 2 sunshades and 8 sunbeds.
With 250 m2 distributed over 2 floors, it is an ideal accomodation for families and groups of friends. It has 5 bedrooms, all with spectacular views of the garden or countryside views. Two of them are located on the ground floor with double bed; and three of them on the 1st floor (two with two single beds and one with double bed). All of them have air conditioning and en suite bathroom. One cot and a highchair available on request.
The house has a spacious, well equipped living room, with comfortable sofas to relax watching satellite TV, reading or just rest. The large windows overlooking the garden and pool area make this room very bright. The space dedicated to dining room is equipped with a table and chairs. It has a large, independent, fully equipped kitchen, with vitro and with another dining area with large table and chairs. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also available.
The house is situated just 1 km from the town of Campos, where you can find everything you need during your stay: supermarket, medical center, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, etc. It is a town with a lively atmosphere which blends perfectly the traditional atmosphere of the Mallorcan villages and the modern atmosphere provided by visitors from around the world, that are received especially during the summer months.
This accommodation has the advantage of being well connected and have easy access to every corner of the island. In 10 minutes you can reach with your car the white sandy beaches of Es Trenc, and in 25 minutes, the Natural Park of Cala Mondragó. In 30 minutes by car you will reach Palma, where you can make sightseeing, cultural tours or go shopping.
NOTE: The rent of this property is based on the Spanish legislation, specifically Law 29/1994 of 24 November on urban rentals, for which the property will be available for the seasonal use. This contract does not offer any kind of tourist services to the renter and only consists of the grant of use and enjoyment of property.
